This beautiful, spacious home is the ideal winter retreat in the heart of the mountains, with plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind under sunny skies. With two primary suites featuring king beds, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunks in the den, and three full bathrooms, everyone can spread out and enjoy the comfort.

Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony while soaking in panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and the peaceful river below. Natural light floods the open-concept living and dining areas through expansive picture windows—bringing the outdoors in, all day long.

Step outside and dive into winter adventures. Hike or bike nearby scenic trails, kayak or paddleboard on Keystone Lake, or tee off at one of the area’s picturesque golf courses. You’re just a short walk to Lakeside Village, where you’ll find shops, casual dining, and family-friendly activities, including a playground and boat rentals. The Keystone Tennis Center and Conference Center are also within walking distance, adding even more options for recreation or relaxation.

After a day of fresh air and fun, come home to a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking up a group dinner, then gather around the large dining table (seats 8) or kick back in the cozy living room. End your evening with a soak in one of two shared hot tubs or unwind by the gas fireplace as the mountain sunset paints the sky.

Whether you're here for the trails, the lake, or simply the serenity, this mountain home is your perfect winter basecamp!

This unit includes 1 reserved parking space in the heated garage and 1 parking pass for the outdoor parking lot, as well as use of 3 indoor ski lockers. Laundry is convenient with an in-unit washer and dryer. An initial supply of drip coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, towels, and toiletries are provided.

We welcome the youngest guests with a pack n play, a high chair, kids plates and cups, and board games provided. This unit is accessible by elevator or stairs.

The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. 4th sleeping space didn't have a door and was more like a closet made into a bunkbed room. Not comfortable for more than a child. This needs to be explained better before booking for a party of 8. Also the curtains were poor (falling off the back wall upon arrival) and did a poor job of creating privacy. Additionally the kitchen sink had a leak . . which we reported but were told that the repair person had already looked at it but could not find anything to repair. We had a puddle of water daily on the floor due to the leak. Parking was also difficult. . no one was in Keystone due to the lack of snow . .yet when we inquired about receiving an additional parking pass (we would've even paid to have it at the condo) we were told we had to continue using the public parking area for overnight parking due to policy. All in all we made it work but did not find the condo to be as described nor to be accommodating -

Stunning View and Easy Slope Access

These new condos were designed very well! All the new style bedrooms and bathrooms were great for everyone to have their own space. The views of the mountains were lovely and it was a quick 5 minute ride to the slopes via the bus route. The ski lockers made it easy to store everything outside the condo and all rooms had plenty of blankets for staying warm.This is a prime location to walk to the pond nearby and also a good location for going into the village. It was very quiet as well. We loved it and will definitely book again.

Clean, Modern, Convenient

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities of the property. Everything looked brand new and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Great view from our balcony. The guidebook sent helped with check-in process and other recommendations nearby. Very close to trails and within walking distance to Keystone Lake which had some shopping, food, and fun activities for the whole family. Overall, were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this rental to others.

It was a bit pricey and would’ve been nice if there were some olive oil or cooking spray. The place had just the “basics” and would not refill shampoo/conditioner (we stayed for 5 days & there were 8 of us). Otherwise, great location, roomy, and the shuttle was conveniently right outside.

I couldn’t believe we got this condo for the price we did. Everything is so clean and new. It’s beautiful. It’s a short drive to the gondola parking lot and a decent (10 min walk) to the Peru lift. Our group of 7 really enjoyed everything about this condo.

The unit was so hot and we had trouble breathing at night.

The property was clean and nice but all of our experience was ruined because of the AC. There was no option to cool the unit, The temperatures were default to 78-80F in every room. We couldnt get in touch with the property manager since it was like 10PM in the night. we were a group of five and none of us could sleep at night, had breathing problem and left the unit exhausted to the core. Very disappointed because of the money we paid.

Exceeded expectations

Condo is very well furnished and has very nice amenities. Condo was clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only negative was the place was not ready for us by our check-in time, and we were not notified until 45min prior that we would have to wait 2&1/2 hrs to check-in.
