The living area features a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa with a comfortable mattress. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is a private deck offering treed views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bathroom is just off the main living area and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and private access to the deck. The second bedroom features an adult sized twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin-sized pull out chair. There is also a private washer and dryer available for guest use.
