This includes the use of amenities of the three lagoon-style pools (one heated), and spa., various food and beverage outlets. All linen, towels, and blankets are provided.
The Resortâs Main Complex, western beach and adjacent bars are connected by a series of illuminated wooden boardwalks â perfect for guests to make their way down onto the shore, or to soak up an iconic island sunset.
UPON ENTRY: Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, a choice of pillows and bedding, side lamps, high ceilings, ceiling fans, new reverse-cycle air conditioning, screened windows, generous built-in storage and a contemporary work desk. BATHROOM The newly renovated resort-style bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower. LIVING AREA: Relax on the modern sofas and chairs, and make the most of the large HD smart TV, DVD player, a small DVD collection and Bluetooth sound system to connect to mobile devices, opening onto the private deck. Maximise the fresh sea breezes, but the quiet split-system air conditioning also supports the whole living area. Check out the villaâs weather station to plan your Kâgari adventure. FULL KITCHEN: Modern new kitchen. Fridge-freezer, crockery and cooking utensils, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave and Bosch dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare or serve meals as you wish. Tea, coffee, sugar and starter milk are provided. Starter supplies of dish detergent, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. DINING ROOM: Seats 6, decorated and furnished to maximise the tree-lined outlook. LAUNDRY: The villa features a new, modern, and entirely separate laundry room equipped with a 10kg front-loader washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry sink, and air dryer. Starter packs of laundry detergent are also provided.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES: The deck has a table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing in privacy. Cooloola 705 is peaceful, well away from the noisy roadway carrying buses, trucks and 4x4s. In addition, thoughtful touches from your discerning hosts, including original artworks, are added throughout the Villa. Before Sept 8: Guest's keys for Cooloola 705 are available from Kingfisher Bay Resort Reception. The resort requires a $300 bond. After September 9: Guest access will be via a lockbox located outside the villa. All communication and feedback about the property goes directly to the owner, providing you with a personal and prompt response throughout your stay. The host is available online to provide support as required. Guests are responsible for any charges arising from services provided by the resort. We are located within Kingfisher Bay Resort on Kâgari (Fraser Island) within the National Park. Fraser Island (Kâgari) stretches 123 kilometres in length and 22 kilometres at its widest point. At 184 000 hectares it is the largest sand island in the world. Fraser Island's World Heritage listing ranks alongside The Great Barrier Reef, Uluru, and Kakadu. Great walks and four-wheel driving experiences are available. If you bring your vehicle, parking is immediately in front of the villa. Lighted pathways to the villa and throughout the resort. Sandbar, main resort complex, swimming pools, beach and jetty within a short distance. Enjoy a ranger-guided nighttime walk (small additional charge) to discover the nocturnal wildlife. Kâgari is accessible via ferry or barge, with SeaLink Kâgari offering regular services. While itâs possible to explore the resort on foot if you have moderate fitness, a 2WD helps get around locally. To truly experience all the island has to offer, a 4WD is highly recommended.
