Where will I be?
Sandy Days is located in the Kendalls Beach precinct - arguably the prettiest of all the Kiama beaches! William Street is a quiet cul-de-sac, and stairs at the end of the road lead to an easy short cut to the sand and surf. Shops, a great cafe, and a boutique bottle store are all withing walking distance of the house. It's a 10 minute direct walk to the main beach (Surf Beach) and the start of town, or else a 15 minute walk along the scenic ocean pathway. Otherwise, the town centre is a short five minute drive away.

Sandy Days is a well styled and relaxed bungalow in a very quiet cul-de-sac - a great choice for those looking for a tranquil setting. From the elegant timber flooring, two living areas, comfortable beds, and a servery window that opens to the back deck every detail has been carefully curated for both comfort and style.
How is the property laid out?
Sandy Days is a single level property accesed by stairs. The modern kitchen has everything you will need during your stay, including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. There is a living area with a TV, a separate lounge area, and a dedicated laptop work space if you need it. The main bedroom with a king bed has an ensuite with a combined bath and shower and a toilet. The two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 bunk beds, share the combined bathroom and laundry that has a shower and toilet. At the back of the property the garage has a pool table with plenty of space to relax.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The deck is the perfect place to sit back and relax. There is an eight-seater outdoor table where you can enjoy dining in the privacy of the backyard. Pavers take you across the backyard to the garage, which houses the pool table.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Sandy Days has reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living room, in the master bedroom, and in the bunk room for year round comfort. In the summer, the house can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets and doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is open air parking for up to 3 cars on the drive.
