2271 Shipwatch is a Newley renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront villa located on the second floor of the Shipwatch building of Kiawah Island's West Beach section. This lovely luxury villa is a 2024 beautifully updated villa with ocean views from each bedroom and living area. Only steps away from the private beach access located on the first floor of the building. The open kitchen and living room offers an easy gathering design for all your guests.

The kitchen offers six bar stools with a large island. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances offering all the comforts of home for dining and cooking. Drip coffee & Keurig makers, filters, and starter coffee is available. One roll of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and a new sponge are available upon arrival.

The living room is very comfortable with a large T.V and ocean view. Deck access is available from the living area.

The main Suite is off of the Kitchen and offers a king size bed, large T.V, and ocean view with deck access from the bedroom. The main suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens are provided as well as starter soaps and toilet paper.

The guest suite is just down the hall and offers two queen sized beds, large T.V, and ocean view with deck access from the bedroom. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Towels and linens are provided as well as starter soaps and toilet paper.

Near the guest suite you will find the laundry closet with a new stackable washer and dryer. Please note that this is a vent less dryer and the lint trap will need to be cleaned with every new load. A starter set of detergent is provided.

My wife and I rented this property for two nights to attend a wedding on the island and everything was as described: the condo looked just as nice as shown in the pictures, it was clean, the check in process was easy, and the area around the condo and the beach were beautiful.
