Located in the popular Turtle Cove neighborhood in the desirable East Beach area of Kiawah it features panoramic views of a tranquil Island lagoon and a light, open and airy floor plan with tranquil, coastal colors. Completely renovated by custom homebuilder Harper Construction in 2018.

The pristine villa at 5530 Green Dolphin Way comes with a myriad of modern extras. It enjoys oak hardwood flooring finished in place throughout the villa with only the exception of pale ceramic tile in the baths.

Step through the door into the foyer, and you’ll see the open kitchen to your left. Light and bright with pale gray cabinetry, sleek nickel cabinet pulls, white quartz countertops, and a custom backsplash, it features a center island with a breakfast bar with extra seating for three. The stainless-steel Blomberg® appliances are all new, including the side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker.

To one side is a sunlit breakfast nook with a row of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the pond views and a glass door to the screened porch, with its own panoramic water views and an outdoor dining set seating four. To another side is the living room with vaulted ceiling, sofa bed offering extra sleeping space, and new glass doors opening to the screened porch.

The master bedroom is filled with natural light from a bow window wall, and the bath is spa-like with a wide, beautifully marbled frameless-glass shower and a clean-lined white vanity with its sink set into a white quartz countertop.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $200 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
