The property is just like the pictures, well almost, I believe the dinning room table is different, but it was nice. you have air-conditioning in both rooms. Rice cooker, stove works, only thing I would suggest is to open the padio door when you are cooking, because there is no ventilation above the stove. We did have a problem with the toilet not shutting off, but I called the rental company, and they had someone out within the hour, and it was late friday after noon, was very impressed with that, they even sent me an email saying that Marlyn was on his way, he was very nice and professional as well, and had the problem fixed, right away. you can op to drive down to the beach, there is a parking lot right across the street, otherwise the walk down is easy, a little bit of a hill coming back, because you are in the 3rd building, which was quite and less traffic, we have stayed in the 2nd building, and it seemed more people in and out there, we enjoyed being in the back. the pool is right outside your lanai, and it never got too noisy from anyone, and you can walk right thru the grass to the pool which is salt water, very nice. Couple of tips for everyone, if you go to longs drugs, go to the travel section, and they have mini bottles of laundry soap, six loads for 3, perfect for our stay, but bring your own dryer sheets, Check out the Wailea Mall down the street, they have a free hula show, very entertaining, lasts about an hour, get there early for a seat, check website
