We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, luxury beach towels and a cooler to ensure your beach day is set. Our kitchen is fully stocked, ready for the home chef to prepare any meal, or enjoy one of the many incredible dining options close by.

Welcome to Modern & Tropical Oceanside Vistas. The newest addition to our family of stylish and luxurious condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kihei Bay Vistas, a community nestled up directly across the street from a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include a pool, a hot tub & several BBQ grills.. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha!

The Neighborhood:

The Kihei community enjoys several beautiful beaches, most all with nearby convenient public parking. In Maui all beaches must be accessible to the public allowing both visitors and residents the opportunity to fully enjoy the variety and beauty of the local beaches. Together with neighboring Wailea the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. The Kihei resort complex is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland, convenient for visitors who did not have the opportunity to stop in to Costco or Target by the airport prior to their arrival at the complex to check-in.



Getting Around:

Close to all that Kihei has to offer. Great restaurants, bars, fabulous beaches and more! A mere fifteen-minute drive from the airport and only 10 minutes to the high-end shops at Wailea.



Other Things to Note:

Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.



Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.



Ensuite washer and dryer



Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.



Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes away.

We are always happy to help our guests get the most from their trip and are always available to assist with local recommendations or to meet in person.
