Im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ein HD-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-KabelkanĂ€len. und ein HD-DVR / BlueRay-Player im Wohnzimmer. Neue Mitsubishi A / C- und Deckenventilatoren in der gesamten Wohnung sorgen fĂŒr Luftstromkomfort. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Sealy Posturepedic-Matratze mit integriertem. The most amazing home base for the best trip

We stayed with our two daughters (5 and 7) and had the best stay. Easy checking in and out; all the things we needed and the best porch and view. The ocean and pool access couldn’t have been better and all the activities we wanted (snorkel trip, surfing, sight seeing) were convenient. Best stay ever!

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Great place with a good view

Great little group of Condos. Easy to check in, good communication with property managers, property was clean and well taken care of. We were in unit B10 and had a good view of the water but unit A11 or B11 would be better as it is right on the ocean. Parking is a little tight so bring a smaller car, if possible.

Overall, the entire complex is extremely well done, has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and always feels like a home away from home.

This was our 3rd trip to the Islands 1st trip to Maui. This stay at Kihei Sands was absolutely amazing. A smaller property with all the personal care and assistance you could expect. Connie and Patrick (Management) were amazing and so incredibly helpful. I fell like I left with 2 new good friends. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was provided every morning by management, and was perfect while we took in those Maui sunrises right on the beach. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards. We enjoyed the community grill and smore night provided by the host. I would have rated this five stars but the view wasn't as pretty as some of the other areas we visited on the island. The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, location, staff, facilities, were all wonderful.Location on the beach was great, and away from city bustle. A bit windy, with blowing sand, but expected for that area and season. Sea was not clear so if desire to snorkel, there are places further south.Hard-working staff was great, keeping place in order and functioning. Cleaning staff does a great job to keep unit ready for next visitors.Beautiful plants onsite.My kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. BBQs on site were great amenity. Prices were reasonable. I will likely return.Thank you Staff for friendliness, acommodating us, andyour hard working efforts to keep this facility a well-oiled machine.
