This 2 bedroom unit offers tremendous value with it's beautiful modern, new finishes, proximity to the beach, and how well it is equipped. Kamaole Beach 2 is just a minute walk from the condo. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The Maui Banyan is one of the best places to stay in Kīhei with great amenities and well maintained property.A203 was a very nice place to stay as it is close to the pool and the beach. It was well stocked with beach items. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The sliding door to the bathroom came off the track and the towel rack above the toilet was broken but these were minor issues.

Perfect January trip to Maui

We’ve been to Maui quite a few times and regularly stay at this property. The Maui Banyan is a beautiful facility. This is an updated unit and it is in the building closest to the beach. It’s a wonderful walk up and down the sidewalk visiting all the small shops and cafĂ©s. This unit also has an air conditioner in every room, which is a nice touch. There is a balcony off each bedroom. Management was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely come back.

Very enjoyable stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. We loved the location for easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. The complex had great amenities. As others have mentioned, the beach chairs could be replaced as they are not in great condition. A perfect get away with our family and friends.

This was an excellent location on the property and on Maui, quiet, well stocked with all the beach gear you could want. Great to have a separate room for our married daughter with an infant. We asked for a pack n play and they also provided an infant seat for eating which was so kind. We have stayed in several condos at this location and while all have been great this was the best. We will definitely stay here again
thanks for sharing. Our kids said it felt more like a home than a rental and we had a wonderful vacation here. Nice updates and beds were great too.

Perfect Spot for Families

We loved our experience. Matt was an incredible host and all of our needs were met and even exceeded. For example: we noticed a door lock and a beach umbrella were not in working condition and one quick email and he was on it! The issues were addressed and fixed within hours. Truly exceptional service! The location is excellent - the unit itself is close to the pool/hot tub and the property is just across the street from the beach. We saw so many whales and turtles as we spent hours with our toes in the sand, sipping a beer as our kiddo cartwheeled and danced through the ocean foam. It’s a 2 minute walk away from 3 good restaurants and a 5 min walk away from coffee, the best cinnamon buns, a specialty food market and shave ice. What more do you need? The assigned parking stall is also convenient and close to the stairs. The unit is a large and comfortable home base. We didn’t spend too much time hanging out inside, but when we did we cooled off with the AC and made smoothies in the blender. Pack light and use the washer and dryer. When we weren’t at the beach, pool or out on adventure, we’d quickly grab a bite (or eat leftovers!) around the kitchen island. We also made a couch nest and watched a movie on the living room TV (that has Netflix btw) one night before we passed out after a busy day. We loved our trip and we would stay here again. If you’re looking for a chill Kihei condo, you’ve found just the place.

Love staying at maui banyan

Stay was great. The condo was amazing. I would have liked having a large skillet to cook and baking sheets in the condo. I would have liked plastic plates to take to the pool when we grilled. I didn’t bother to ask for these items. Though I’m sure if I would have, they most likely would have provided them. My family stayed in another condo and we used there stuff and returned it. Plenty of nice dishes, glassware in the condo. Very clean. Good location.

Good base camp for time nearby beaches

This condo is in very good condition. It is 88% clean and has basic amenities like the washer dryer. We really appreciated the beach towels and umbrella. But the beach chairs were older and may need to be replaced due to rust and frequent use. The location is very good. About 3 minutes to walk door to beach. But the condo is very dark inside with very little natural light. And the terrace/Lenai is not very hospitable with the two air conditioner units spouting hot air into the narrow place you have room to sit. There is a lot of greenery blocking sunlight and the direction of the window looks into a courtyard so it feels very urban for a vacation setting. However, the condo itself has what you need if you spend your time out in the Maui world. We like to spend time in the condo and this felt less desirable with the lack of sunlight or any view of the world around us.
