A One Bedroom featuring a CALIFORNIA KING BED WITH CRISPY WHITE LINENS AND A SUPER COMFORTABLE MATTRESS with new 4 in memory foam topper, One Full Bathroom with separate sink and LED vanity area, Super Comfy NEW QUEEN Sized Sleeper Sofa, and unstoppable OCEAN, BEACH, and MOUNTAIN VIEWS from both directions on the Lanai. Our luxury unit is perfectly located with great cross-breezes, and central air throughout the unit if you prefer. We have provided our favorite things for your enjoyment - all new bedding for both beds, protected mattresses with toppers and the softest high thread count linens, cotton sateen sheets that feel like silk and breathe like cotton, hypo allergenic pillows, plush bath towels, tropical hotel quality lanai furniture and a queen sized sleeper couch with a 6â tempurpedic mattress. Kitchen is fully stocked including a new cookware set, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Our condo also includes stackable washer and dryer, so you can start each day with clean dry beach towels. The Central A/C allows you full climate control (unusual in Maui condos), and of course fantastic Ocean and Beach views up and down the coast of Maui.
The condo has beautiful finishes, granite counters, and lighting fixtures with charging outlets. Enjoy the Modern Hawaiian decor, TVs in Living Room and Bedroom and wireless internet with lots of cable programming. The kitchen is stocked for those who like to cook and with all you need to hit the beach. We include the comforts of home, tupperware containers, beach towels, hair dryer and lots more. The complex has a beautifully maintained heated saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, oceanside BBQâs and putting green. There is beach access right next to the condo with showers provided at the entrance to the beach. When you're ready to unwind from the beach, you can sit on the lounge chairs provided on the grassy area in front of the pool. You can easily spend the day right at Sugar Beach, playing in the ocean, taking an outrigger canoe ride or walking the 5 mile sandy beach.
We chose Sugar Beach Resort as it truly is located in the most perfect place in Maui, convenient and picturesque, at the base of the West Maui Mountains, right on the shore of beautiful Maalaea Bay and at the North end of Kihei on 5 miles of white sandy beach. The central location is in the middle of Maui allowing for equal drive times to Wailea in south Maui or Lahaina in west Maui. It is the perfect location for somebody who wants to be on the water, but also wants to see all of Maui. Rest, relax and enjoy Sugar Beach or wake up and head off to Hana or Haleakala National Park, the quaint town of Lahaina, or the Nakalele Blow Hole. You can see all of Maui with Sugar Beach as your starting point. Maui has some of the best hikes in the world so bring comfy shoes.
All condos are privately owned, although there is a check-in office on property with a receptionist for your convenience. There is also an on-site activities desk to help plan your excursions. Dina's Sandwich Shoppe is on property, is the perfect place to grab a quick bite or a piña colada. The Massage Therapy Studio offers oceanside massages and the Concierge/Activities Desk is available to help you book Ziplining, Whale Watching, or a Dive trip to Molokini or Lanai.
