Welcome to Wailea Ekahi 48A, offering the largest floor plan with gorgeous ocean view! This beautiful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath is the perfect retreat for couples or families. The first level of this spacious condo features a sunken living room complete with convertible queen sofa sleeper, Smart TV, and surround sound for your enjoyment.

You will be immediately drawn to this expansive lanai! Relax on the day bed lounger for two while taking in the tropical surroundings. Dine al fresco while watching a breathtaking Maui sunset.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything any home chef would need. Large eat-up breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. No one will mind cooking with these amazing views! Dining area with seating for 6.

There is a half bath and full-size washer/dryer on the lower level.

The second level consists of two en suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private lanai! Views, Views, Views! Amazing Ocean views are found throughout this spectacular townhome. The first primary suite showcases a King bed, flat-screen TV, full bath with Shower, and private lanai. There is a single convertible sleeper for the younger guests. Take advantage of the telescope and do a little star gazing. The second primary suite offers two twin beds, that can be converted to a king upon request, full bath with shower, and private lanai!

AC throughout to stay cool anytime of year. Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion.

Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 pools, including a large beachfront pool and a beautifully remodeled pavilion equipped with barbecue grills. Additionally, there are 4 other grilling stations throughout the property for your convenience! You also have direct beach access onto popular Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It can't get much better than this! Walk along the beach path to The Shops at Wailea & Wailea Tennis Club as well as five of the most prestigious hotels and spas on Maui are a few minutes’ walk along the promenade. The Shops of Wailea bring restaurants, grocery, and retail within walking distance. Enjoy the sunset, see whales in season, access beach activities and stroll to dinner and back along the lit pathway. Wailea Ekahi offers the complete experience!

New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.

We loved this amazing condo. We have been coming to Maui for 30 years bouncing around to different condo complexes. This condo was one of our favorites by far. The views are absolutely incredible. Loved waking up and watching the whales and sunsets from one of the four lanais. The condo is located at the top of the hill with bbqs close by and it’s very quiet. Condo is a spacious corner unit with 2 bedrooms located upstairs. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together for meals, games or just visiting. Condo had all the necessities we needed for cooking in and beach chairs to take to the beach. We left a cooler, sun umbrella and boogie board so beach days should be complete. Condo was very clean and easy check in/check out. Love the Ekahi village complex with the multiple pools (pool down next to the ocean was our favorite with a huge pavilion that would be a great gathering space for large families). The Keawakapu II Beach at the bottom of the hill is superb for lounging, swimming and boogie boarding. Quick 10 minute walk to the shops at Wailea with our favorite food market that has all of our favorite foods, supplies and souvenirs. The beach walk can be easily accessed through the beach up to the Andaz or access via the road through Ulua beach. Our other favorite beaches are just a quick drive. Management was great to communicate with. We had an issue with the dryer and they were very efficient in taking care of the issue (actually replaced with a new

Stunning property and stunning view!

Where to begin... first of all, the location cannot be beat; so close to shops and fine dining and those beaches! Unit 48A was not only very spacious and clean, but it just had a really lovely vibe to it and was a great place to play games as a family. Then there's the view - one of our favorite things was getting up early and sitting outside and taking in that gorgeous view! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Nice for our quick get-away

The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything one would need. Had a drip coffee maker with filters and coffee. The management company left a welcome basket with some snacks; that was nice. It was a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach (and uphill walk back to the unit). We were ok with this; just be aware. A few issues with the unit- I notified the management company and never heard back; these did not ruin our stay but wanted them to know so they could address before the next occupancy. one afternoon, we were vegging out after being at the beach and heard a crash! A picture in the downstairs bathroom had fallen off the wall and broke a vase that was on the vanity. we tried closing the downstairs electronically controlled blinds, only one of the 3 worked. The unit is located about a 10 minute walk from the Shops at Wailea which provided a nice break from the beach. The lanai from the upstairs master bedroom provided a beautiful view of the evenings' sunsets. The available seating outside on the ground level lanai was perfect!

Fabulous spot!

Had the best time in this Condo! Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen! My 8, 6, and 4 year old could walk down and back to the main pool/beach area with some minor motivational speaking. So close to the Wailea walking path for morning runs with the best views! We will definitely return to this condo for future trips!

Huge master bedroom was ideal to place a travel crib in. This unit is more private than most others in the village - you basically don't see any other people walking by your property. It's a bit of an uphill climb from the ocean, but quite manageable.

Great home base for a family in Wailea

This condo was a great place to call home for a week in Wailea. Very family friendly. We also really appreciated management's flexibility with a cancelled flight that had us arriving a day late, and helping us book an extra night so we could still stay a full week. Only minor complaint is that, within the Ekahi complex, it's a trek down to the pool and beach, and pretty close to the main road. But otherwise it was exactly as expected!

The Ocean, stars and sunsets!

Our family stayed here a week and had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the condo and spaciousness within and on the lanai. Plenty of room for the six of us. We saw the ocean by day and stars and sunsets by night! Just a five minute walk to the main pool and beach! Loved having our own bathroom and lanai.Will be back next Maui visit. Mahalo!

Lovely property, well maintained and fully equipped! Beautiful views from the lanais, and it feels a bit more private than some of the other units. We always enjoy our stays at the Ekahi and would love to stay at 48A again! Very nice two story townhouse. Great outdoor spaces. Coolest looking tree trunk I've ever seen! Very well appointed kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely location in Wailea and great condo, although farther from the beach and main pool than we had realized when booking. The place itself was roomy, comfortable, well stocked with basics and supplies, and has a fantastic outdoor area from which to enjoy the views. While we had a couple of issues at the house, the management company was very responsive and took care of them rather quickly.
