Beach Front Sugar Beach Resort. 3rd Floor, Ocean View Unit. Beautifully updated unit with sweeping ocean views. Enjoy all of the amenities in a clean, well-kept property. The entire complex sits ocean front, there are no roads to cross to get you onto the beach! 305 is mid floor resort living with views that go on forever. Unit is accessible via elevator or stairs.

The carefully chosen furnishings and decor in this updated unit will allow you to melt into 'Maui Time'. Dine on your lanai while watching the 'green flash' that can occur when the sun sets into the ocean. There are many green sea turtles swimming in the surf in front of Sugar Beach Resort, and magnificent humpback whales as they return each winter to enjoy their calving grounds in the Maui waters.

Enjoy walking the more than 5 Mile continuous beach every morning or evening. There are many pieces of lawn and garden furniture spread throughout the resort grounds and pool area. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is heated and kept between 80 - 85 degrees (one of the warmest and only heated pools in Kihei). 305 is part of Sugar Beach Resort which won Management of the year for 2011.

The Unit is very well equipped, it has all of the linens and towels that you will need. There are two cable TV's, one flat screen in the bedroom and a another flat screen in the living room, both have DVD players for movies. A stereo system with CD is provided, high speed broadband internet is available in the unit as well. There is a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, etc. Food is available nearby at: Costco in Kahului, while Kihei offers a Safeway, Food Land, Star Market, and a daily Farmer’s market.
