Mike's Beach House, conveniently located at milepost 5.5 in Kill Devil Hills, is the perfect home for your next Outer Banks vacation. The newly added pool size of 14 by 30 with 3.5 to 6-foot depth, and hot tub are a nice addition to an already beautiful home. The personal touches by the owners get even better inside, with a great ground-floor recreation room complete with a pool table.

On the Ground Level of this spacious home, you'll find plenty of parking as well as a Covered Outdoor Picnic Table that is wonderful for shady afternoon lunches of fresh, local North Carolina seafood. Rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower after a day of fun at the beach, which is just 50 feet away at the E. Hayman Blvd. Public Beach Access, before making your way out back to the luxurious Private Pool* and warm, bubbly Hot Tub that are perfect for lulling yourself into a state of ultimate Outer Banks beach relaxation. Spend some time working on your tan on the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool before heading inside to the Garage Game Room where you can let off some steam over a game on the Pool Table while enjoying some nice, cold drinks from the Full-Size Refrigerator. When you're ready to get some rest, there's a Queen Bed in the nearby Bonus Room with quaint porthole windows and an easy-access Washer and Dryer for those middle-of-the-week washes and rinsing the sand out of those bathing suits.

When it's time to hang out as a family, take the stairs up to the Middle Level where you can relax in a spacious Living Area with bright wooden floors, plenty of natural light, and a large, Flatscreen TV that is ideal for family movie night or catching up on your favorite shows on a rainy day. Cook up something delicious in the bright Kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of prep space for an awesome meal of Outer Banks seafood. Get settled in at the counter Bar, which has stool seating for 4, or gather around the table in the Dining Area, which has plenty of windows and comfortable seating for 6. Take the sliding glass doors out onto the Mid-Level Covered Deck where you can enjoy ocean views and spectacular breezes off the water as you relax with your favorite book or a cool drink in hand. Enjoy the calming Hammock Swing while you watch the moon appear over the ocean or wake up with a cup of coffee and an unbelievable Kill Devil Hills' sunrise. When you're ready to get some sleep, choose from one of the Queen Bedroom or get comfortable in the Queen Bedroom with a Daybed, perfect for keeping the kids close while still letting them have their own space to sleep. There's also a Full Bathroom on this floor for ideal comfort.

On the Top Floor, get a little extra privacy in the large King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom and sliding glass door access to the Furnished Sun Deck. Relax in comfortable Adirondack furniture as you take in the brilliant blue of the ocean and start your day off with an orange sunrise and the smell of salt off the ocean. You are only 5 minutes away from the Avalon Fishing Pier and Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar, a landmark restaurant. Head south and check out other area landmarks, including the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, and the Nags Head Fishing Pier, or head north to see the Currituck Lighthouse and the wild horses that roam the beaches of Corolla.
