Sie werden 'A Big Catch' zu Ihrem Familienferienhaus am Outer Banks machen wollen! Dieser große Rückzugsort bietet für jeden etwas in Ihrer Familie, darunter 10 Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit 4 Einzelbetten. Der Hobbyraum verfügt über einen Billardtisch und eine eigene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Eismaschine und Bar. Der große Raum ist offen und luftig mit Zugang zur Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Die Küche verfügt über Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und 2 Herde / Öfen, 2 Mikrowellen, 2 Geschirrspüler, einen Kühlschrank und eine Bar mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt mehrere Esstische für 20 Personen. Der Aufzug ermöglicht einen einfachen Zugang zu allen Bereichen des Hauses und der Poolterrasse. Draußen gibt es einen 12x28 privaten Pool, einen Whirlpool, eine Außendusche, einen Gasgrill und ein Maisloch.

Plenty of room to spread out in this home. Great location right on the beach. Nice size pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Three generations of our family enjoyed the annual vacation here.

The location was perfect, so many shops and great food nearby (walking distance), Jack’s Burgers is a MUST HAVE. This home was spacious, beds were comfortable, pool was a good size, and the pool house was an added bonus as it was not featured or listed as a benefit/feature of the home. We especially loved the rooftop area over the pool house for hanging out at night. Beach area was clean. We loved the nugget that was available for the kids too, and the rollaway cots!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A big catch is a great house and very accommodating. Unfortunately, we had a couple of big problems. The grills were barely usable. We called about them and somebody showed up but the problem really was not resolved. Another rep showed up Friday afternoon telling us we’d be getting new grills. It was too late because we were leaving Saturday. In any case, we never got the new grills. In the middle of the week, the pool heater went off. In the past, Wednesday was the regular maintenance day. This time they showed up on Thursday and said the heater needed water so it turned itself off. Wednesday was the warmest day and we didn’t use the pool since the heater went off. $600 to heat the pool- We had no way to know why the heater went off! Since we enjoyed our time anyway, we did resign for next year. Hopefully we won’t have these issues.

Overall, Wonderful…. 14 members of my family from Seattle, Little Rock, NYC, Massachusetts and New Jersey…. Kitchen area was Central and very well equipped. Pool, really clean (inside the adjacent area room could use the AC being repaired as could not be used other than storage) Sunrises were glorious. Proximity to ocean, wonderfull! Central location for the dunes, Bodie Lighthouse, Carolla and Safari tour… good… waterpark and miniture golf (go early!!!!) Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great , rental its self could use some repairs. (Ceiling fan, some lights not working ( probably just light bulbs), leak from shower coming down from ceiling ,Sliding glass door not locking) .
