Enjoy a beautiful sunset with a walk along the sound front on the Bay Drive walking/biking path after a day at the beach. Convenient access to kayak/paddle board launch for exploring the sound. This home includes an open floor plan with 2 levels. The top (2nd) floor has a modern kitchen with island, dining area, living room with comfortable seating and 65 inch Smart TV, 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen) with two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The 1st floor has an additional living space/den area with comfortable seating , full size pull out sofa, 55 inch Smart TV, wet bar with fridge, coffee maker and microwave, and 1 bedroom (queen) with full bathroom. The first floor is almost like its own separate retreat - perfect for multi-generational families. Queen size air mattress is also available for guests to use.

We provide everything you need for a great relaxing vacation! Guests are provided with the following amenities: linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges and cloths, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee (with creamer and sweetener), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

There is a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare family meals during your stay including pots, pans, baking dishes, sheet pans, mixing bowls, electric mixer, measuring cups, utensils, dishes and glassware, can opener, wine opener, steak knives and silverware, serving trays, chef knives and cutting boards, cheese grater, strainers, and more! Gas grill available for guests.

Fun amenities include beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and 4 adult beach cruisers (use waiver signature required for bikes - we do provide helmets). Additional beach items are available for rent from Ocean Atlantic Rentals.

Outside, guests can relax on the front decks with hammock swings or the back deck with outdoor dining area. Large outdoor shower (hot and cold water) with changing area.

There is a designated work space for those who may choose to work remotely with desk, high speed internet, and monitor for those who want a second screen.

Please note that we do not allow parties or events. We have a strict policy on the number of guests as we are on a septic system - max of 8 guests including children. The number of guests noted in your reservation must match the number of guests who arrive at the property. No unauthorized guests are allowed. We want our guests to have a great time, but we also want our neighbors to enjoy themselves as well. No smoking.

While we do love pets, we are highly allergic to all pet dander and use this as our second home; therefore we cannot make any exceptions to our strict no pet policy.
