You will have private, exclusive access to the entire 3-story townhouse. Entry is contactless and secure with a keypad. Your unique access code and check-in details will be provided before your arrival.
Parking Regulations:
Free parking is available for up to two vehicles in designated spots. Please adhere strictly to the following rules to avoid a fine from the strata:
You may park one (1) vehicle in the private garage.
You may park one (1) additional vehicle directly in front of the garage door.
There are 7 extra first-come, first-served spots for tenant use on the left as you enter the complex. Please only use spots marked by the 'Tenant Parking' signs.
Parking anywhere else is prohibited and subject to fines.

Lower Level Bedroom 3: Offers two twin beds, plus a semi-private bonus room with a twin bunk bed, perfect for kids.
