Upon entry, your eyes will instinctively stare up, admiring the custom wooden-plank peaked ceilings with white beams. This lovely feature stretches from the living to dining areas creating a cohesive style with the open-concept floor plan.



The living room offers ample seating, a mounted TV, and a wood-burning fireplace.



The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your needs with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, toaster, and wine ware for your convenience. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or full-spread of evening hors d'oeuvres, the extended counter with bar stool seating for 3 gives plenty of extra prep space and opportunity to gather together. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining at the table for 8. While prepping a meal, catch the peek-a-boo view of the lake!



- The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated and is outfitted with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- The primary suite has a Queen bed, Twin bed with Trundle, working nook with desk, and en-suite. The en-suite features a chic marble vanity and a stand-up shower.

- The 2nd bedroom is configured with a Queen bed and Twin-over-Twin bunk bed.

The shared bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo.

The North Tahoe Regional Park, just 1.1 miles away, offers year-round activities across its 124 acres. Enjoy snowshoeing, nature trails, cross-country skiing, various trailheads for mountain biking, and more! And if you’re looking to hit the slopes, Northstar California Resort is less than 9 miles away. In addition to attracting avid skiers, the resort also has mountain bike trails, spas, pools, and a kids camp!
