Bi-fold doors lead out onto the fully enclosed terrace and large garden with hot tub. This superb space has been beautifully designed by the owners and the games room and heated outdoor dining area can be found through the gate at the bottom of the garden which is perfect for lazy lunches after returning from seaside walks, or evening sundowners and barbecues. Back inside, the large sitting room boasts a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove and the cosy family room has plenty of space for lounging in front of the wood burning stove and enjoying the range of traditional toys and games on offer for all ages.

Downstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a shower room, along with a separate study, ideal for those who need to work from home. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both of which offer modern comfort and luxurious high quality bed linen, with the master bedroom boasting a separate dressing room and an attached, fully-furnished nursery, this house caters for your every need. The owners have also created a quiet reading area for those of you looking to enjoy a few moments alone.

This property certainly delivers on space and quality, but when you're not enjoying yourself at Grace Cottage, make sure to take the provided beach wagon, chairs and stroller to head down to the coast for daytime seaside fun and evening sunset chill-outs.

Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe (currently closed until February half term) to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park and a fuel station. For a special culinary experience, head inland to the village of Docking to sample the delights of the Nest Farmhouse, run by a Michelin star award winning team, or head further along the coast from Heacham to Old Hunstanton to find Michelin restaurant, The Neptune.
