The second bedroom has two single beds and ample storage with a double fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers but what makes this room extra special is the secret room! The loveliest, tiny bedroom perfect for a small child. With a single bed - A secret hideout for a little one, a bit of independence but not too far away from big brothers or sisters!
The family bathroom is also on this floor, light and airy with a toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over
On the top floor is a large, light triple bedroom featuring a further three single beds. Light and airy with two skylights, one overlooking the South Hams Valley, the other looking over towards Burgh Island. Each bed has its own bedside cabinet with drawers.
To the rear of the property is a well-maintained garden with a lush, green lawn. A patio complete with picnic table and benched seating, for alfresco dining and watching the spectacular sunsets.
