You can access the island and Pilchard Inn via the stretch of sand that links them to the mainland. Walk the stretch at shallow waters or use the sea tractor at high tide – it is an experience in itself! Venus Cafe, located in the beach car park, can provide delicious food and drink for your adventures.
Bigbury-on-Sea Beach offers an array of water sports to try including surfing and SUP. Check out Discovery Surf School to book a lesson or rent equipment. Or head across to Bantham Beach to try kite surfing.
