Great place for family fun!

We had a wonderful time and even extended our stay by a day because we were having so much fun! The house was perfect and with the pool and dock there was so much to do! Great Destination for Spring Break

Three families with multiple kids stayed comfortably in this clean and modern home. Lots of fun activities to keep everyone busy and enjoying their time - pool, cornhole, video games, shuffleboard, ping pong, water slide, hot tub, fire pit, fishing, etc. The home is great and built to be a vacation destination that is fun for the whole family. The pool should have been heated one day earlier as it was unable to be used the first day and we paid an extra $900 to heat it. The water slide water pump broke, but the property manager was very fast to come out and fix the issue. Everyone was happy with their stay and we'd recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a similar vacation!

It starts with the property manager, Jon, who made everything make sense from reservation---to my many questions----to arrival/check-in and assorted details. His availability and attention to detail definitely contributed to making the stay so positive. The house itself is superb...handily accommodated our big family reunion. The pool, spa, dock, generous kitchen space and dining areas made it easy for us to be together to eat, play games and more. I highly recommend this property.

Ideal for large family

Our second stay at this wonderful property. Our three adult children, spouses and grandchildren all have plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company as well as space to get away if necessary. Large kitchen, dining and family area with high end accommodations. Great patio and pool area as well as boat dock and upper deck. Really like this spot on LBJ as well. Wider part of the lake and near enough to Kingsland. Property management company is very responsive. Check in and out process is simple and quick. Highly recommend this location.
