At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:



- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Only dogs are permitted with written permission only, Maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.

Pleasantly surprised

This was the cleanest, best equipped house we've stayed at on the water. There were 18 of us and we had plenty of space and wonderful sleeping accommodations. The water was not crowded Monday thru Wednesday, so we enjoyed surfing and jet skis. Also there was ample parking for eight cars.

My Families Favorite Vacation Home

The Christopher II vacation home was all we could have asked for. The house is lovely, clean with a well stocked kitchen. I was glad there were two downstairs bedrooms, one for me with sore knees and a spacious Master bedroom for my son and his wife. The rest of my family were comfortable with the 3 large upstairs bedrooms with bathrooms attached. And the view of the lake was gorgeous, especially at sunrise. My two sons loved kayaking around the lake, and we all had fun in the heated pool. My sons and granddaughter love doing puzzles. Over the 5 days we were there, they completed SIX puzzles supplied by the owners of the VRBO home.There is also lots to do in the surrounding area, like hiking along Inks Lake and the Lakeside Trail in Marble Falls. There is an HEB close by and lots of restaurants.My family all agreed this was the best VRBO vacation home we have stayed in. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to come back.

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing views!

We had an amazing family trip to this beautiful home. The house was the perfect layout for our family with 2 large downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies and multiple refrigerators allowed for storage of everything. The pool and lake are beautiful and we enjoyed being outside all weekend. It is easy to get to with super convenient boat ramp. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place is exactly as pictured. Clean, plenty of room and amenities and location is AMAZING! Kitchen fully equipped with all the right things to cook and enjoy dinner parties on the lawn with a view. The communications were also great with the rental property - no issues!

Great Lakehouse

Property was just as advertised. Great location on the water and proximity to everything else. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family gathering of 16.

Fun girls weekend!

We had a great time at this house for our girls weekend. The views are amazing. The pool is perfect! The house is big, roomy and clean. We were a group of 12 girls with more than enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

Family Birthday Celebration

The property was amazing! It was perfect for our annual birthday celebration. Everyone loved the layout of the house, the pool, and being on Lake LBJ. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
