This home has a fully equipped kitchen w/new appliances to include an insta pot, dry frier and crockpot. Comfortable beds. Separate work space w/ office desk, printer table and tread mill. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset listening to birds in lg private fenced + gated backyard w/lake view under covered patio on 2 person swing. 10 mins to the base, and conveniently close to area restaurants and area attractions.
The space
Main bedroom with king bed with private full bathroom, walk in closet with blackout curtains. 2nd bedroom queen bed with black out curtains. 3rd bedroom queen bed.
Guest access
Guest have full access to house, front and back yard and driveway. Washer and drier and a few other amenities are located in garage. Please respect host personal property stored in garage.
Other things to note
Large dog crate, blankets to cover furniture, pet run in back yard. All pets should be approved please. Croquet set, bean bag toss and hibachi grill available for guest use in garage.

Additional rules
As soon as possible after arriving, you agree to do a walk through and document any damage or safety concerns with pictures and notify host immediately. Please note Lake Victoria back yard is not fenced off by the lake, small dogs may be able to go under fence into neighbors yard. If you have children or dogs you agree to supervise them at all times!
1. Air conditioner should be set no lower than 73. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room and floor fan available.
2.Quiet time 10 pm- 7:30Am
3. Smoking in the house is prohibited. A small bucket is provided on swing on patio, please use this area for smoking.
4. Clean up after yourself. If you stay involves a Thursday night trash can should be set out by mailbox. Trash is picked up Fridays as early as 8 am.
5. The washer and dryer, croquet set, bean bag toss and hibachi grill are in the garage for use by guest. Don't forget laundry detergent.The rest of the garage is off limit to house guest.
6.Plans occassional change. All Adult guests must be registered with VRBO, no exceptions. I consider this serious. Host reserves the right to request photo id's.
7. Please do not remove, move or bring furniture into the home.
8. Do not unplug any electronics especially the internet or front yard camera, if either is a problem please choose a different verb.
9. You agree to allow host 24 hours to correct any deficiencies or problems that arise without requesting a refund from vrbo or host.
10. You agree to promptly pay for any damages you or your guest cause.


House rules for pet owners.
1. Host retains the right to approve pets when setting the reservation.
2. The back yard is fenced but open to Lake Victoria.
3. You must clean up after your pet.
4. If your pet should cause any damage you agree to immediately report it, take pictures and cover all cost associated with such damage. Please take pictures if you see any damage when you first check in.
5. Your pets must be house trained. Dogs only at this time. Max 2 dogs with approval.
6. You must provide all bowls, beds, toys and pet blankets for your pets. Pets should not get on furniture.
7 .You agree to pay any additional cleaning fees incurred due to your pets.
8.Please do not allow your dog to dig holes in yard.
9. Unapproved pets may incur additional fee at discretion of host. Please get prior approval.
10. A stake in the ground and lead is available in the back yard to tie up dog. A large metal dog crate is in the garage with blankets and sheets if needed in case your furry friend is tempted to get on the furniture.
11. Please do not leave your dog alone, but if you do please use the crate and gently bring in the house.

BUSINESS BOOKINGS
All 3rd party corp bookings must be approved prior to booking.
All adults will need to provide a government issued id.
Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied at all times.
Guest agree to not bring into home large items, this can damage entry way.
