A Spanish Dream in Kinloch

This four bedroom home is in the heart of Kinloch. The home is on 2 levels with internal stairs to the first floor. The living area is on the first floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is plenty of room to park your boat or other water toys. Bring your boat and launch at the Marina and enjoy a day of fishing or water skiing.

There are lots of parks and children play areas as well as a safe swimming beach.

Take care when showering, hot water is available by an electric hot water cylinder. If you have a full house and take long showers you may run out of hot water and need to wait for the water to heat up.

If we discover that the maximum number of guests has been exceeded during your stay, the extra guests will be asked to leave or the entire booking cancelled, without refund.

The entire property is for your use.

Access is via a key lockbox. We do not stay on site but a team member is available throughout your stay.

Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.
