Set on a private block framed by pristine bushland (the entrance to Murramarang National Park is right at your front gate!), this stunning home was only built in December 2025 with every detail reflecting high-end finishes and impeccable styling throughout.   



With two bedrooms (one featuring a queen bed and the other a double-over-single bunk bed), plus two modern bathrooms, and a cozy loft accessed via a fold-away ladder; this property comfortably sleeps up to five guests. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area flows effortlessly onto a sun-drenched deck, with an electric louvered pergola where you’ll find a six-burner gas BBQ and a fully fenced yard—perfect for kids and pets to play safely. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit under a canopy of stars for unforgettable evenings.



Inside, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher and pod coffee machine. In winter, curl up by the beautiful combustion wood fireplace, and in summer, stay cool with ceiling fans in every room.

Please note for your peace of mind: there is a separate original cottage on the property that belongs to the owners. It’s used only for storage and their personal use when guests are not staying. During your stay, the cottage will remain securely locked and completely unoccupied, ensuring you have full privacy throughout your visit. We may be able to accommodate special requests to extend your booking to include the cottage - please contact the agent directly to discuss.
