The complex offers two identical villas split on 2 floors and one villa split on 3 floors. All three villas are modern, with minimal decoration and contemporary amenities.

Main Floor

On the main floor of each villa, we find a luxurious living room with all modern comforts: comfortable sofas and armchairs, LCD TV with DVD player, books and board games and direct access to the pool!
A spacious kitchen with dining area is also on the same floor, with all the necessary appliances you may need in order for you to enjoy your favorite delicacies. The outdoor dining area next to the pool is offered for lovely meals accompanied by the unique setting of the sun hiding in the sea!
A common bathroom with shower also serves this floor in all three villas.

The two-floor villas (120 sq.m. each) feature a unique architectural element: a glass corridor connecting the living room with the area of the bedrooms to the rest of the house. The corridor, like a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the illumination to come inside, offering a unique and impressive sight, especially at night!
The corridor leads us to the two king-size bedrooms and the modern Master bathroom of the villa, with bathtub!

Ground Floor

Descending the ground floor on all three villas, we find a second sitting area with sofa bed (for the 7th guest), as well as the third king-size bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom.

All bedrooms are modern and luxurious, with king size anatomic mattresses, high quality cotton linen, individual air-conditioning system, lovely balconies and verandas, offering access and a view of the pool, as well as amazing sea and sunset views!
