• Property uses well water, a slight tint or natural smell is normal and safe.
•Pet-friendly: Up to 2 pets allowed ($65 per pet - per stay).
• Professionally cleaned and sanitized before every guest stay.
• Part of a 2.5-acre property with 4 other rentals, only the playground, dog park, building entrance and firepits are shared.
•This unit has a beautiful sunroof that lets in lots of natural light, If you’re sensitive to light when sleeping, we recommend bringing an eye mask for a restful night.
• You may see local wildlife such as deer and birds, enjoy the natural surroundings.
• Grill available, but propane is not provided (refillable tanks on-site).
•This home has thinner walls, so you may hear some outside sounds or noise from neighboring spaces. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs.
• Check-in instructions are sent after required steps are completed (photo ID, fees if applicable).
• The cabin is part of a lovingly renovated older home, so you may notice some rustic character.
• Entrance requires a single flight of stairs. Private unit with shared building entrance
• The unit is attached to a single-family home but has a separate entrance, no shared indoor spaces.
•This property includes stairways and multiple furnished living areas that may pose a risk for children. The home is thoughtfully decorated and contains furniture, décor, and area rugs typical of a lived in space. If you are traveling with children please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs and furnished areas. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their children’s safety during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. Any belongings left after checkout will not be stored or shipped.
• For your stay, we provide a starter supply of toiletries and essentials. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

Nature and Environment
Welcome to sunny Florida! With the beautiful weather and greenery comes humidity and bugs, this is natural and very common. Our property is professionally sprayed for pests, but bugs may still be seen outdoors. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray for your comfort.

Pet Policy
-Maximum: 2 dogs allowed (NO cats).
-All pets must be mentioned and approved during the booking process. This allows us to ensure the space can comfortably and safely accommodate your furry friend.
-Pet Fee: $65 per pet - per stay (must be paid before check-in via the Resolution Center).
-Non-Refundable: The pet fee applies for the entire stay and is non-refundable.
-Failure to disclose pets may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Parking Information
Guests will be assigned a designated parking area. All vehicles must park only in the assigned spaces for safety and convenience.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In Time 4:00PM - Check-Out Time 10:00AM.

Check-in Requirements:
-The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property (no third-party bookings unless approved in writing). After booking, a photo ID must be sent via message to receive check-in details.

-Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request (subject to availability, not guaranteed). Please request at least 48 hours in advance.

-Requests made less than 24 hours before check-out will be denied.

-Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100 fee (we need to give cleaners enough time to prepare the home for the next guests).

Reservation Changes:
-We do not accept changes within 30 days of check-in, except for extensions.
-Shortening stays or adjusting dates to a later period is not allowed. If you cannot make your reserved dates, please cancel as early as possible.

Guest Limits
-Standard occupancy: 3 guests maximum.
-Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing.

Smoking and Substance Policy
No smoking or drugs allowed inside the home. Any smell or evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Events and Noise
-No parties or events are permitted.
-Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during this time).
-No fireworks of any kind.
-No firearms on the property unless kept locked in your vehicle.

Home Etiquette and Safety

-Use the grill, hot tub, and hammock at your own risk.
-Decorative items are not for use. Any removal or damage will result in a fine.
-Follow any additional guidelines posted within the home.
-Take out trash and dispose of it properly at departure.
-Report any damages immediately to avoid additional fees.
-This property includes stairways and multiple furnished living areas that may pose a risk for children. The home is thoughtfully decorated and contains furniture, décor, and area rugs typical of a lived in space. If you are traveling with children please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs and furnished areas.
