You will enjoy easy access to the lifeguarded beach from Memorial Day to the end of September and walk to several popular restaurants. Sea Dunes D2:
Ground Level: Garage with ample storage for beach gear, a cabana shower, washer, dryer, and an extra fridge. The hallway stair case leads to the mid level.

Mid Level: 2 Master Bedrooms, both with private baths and TV (one with access to a private shaded deck also with views of the Atlantic) Townhouse sleeps five….king, queen, and twin beds.

Top Level: Living area with sofa and love seat recliners. Smart TV and deck access, half bathroom, dining room, kitchen with stainless appliances, and breakfast bar. An open sun deck, with deck furniture and ocean views, is accessible off of the living area.

THIS UNIT IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE - THERE ARE TWO SETS OF STAIRS TO THE TOP/LIVING AREA.

Special Note: After each guest departs our cleaning team fully cleans the townhome in accordance with CDC guidelines. The goal is to make your stay with us as memorable as possible.

LOCATION:
While you’ll love spending time at Sea Dunes, enjoying the community amenities and relaxing on the beach, many nearby attractions provide excellent options to fill your vacation hours!
Local boutique shops and popular restaurants with a diversity of cuisine surround Sea Dunes. Grab some hotcakes for breakfast at Stack’em High Pancakes, enjoy an afternoon frozen cocktail at Hurricane Mo’s, then head to Barefoot Bernie’s for live music with your dinner. Two of the only oceanfront restaurants/bars and local hot spots, Black Pelican and Hurricane Moe’s, are walkable from Carolina Captain’s Quarters. Less than a mile away are Captain Frank’s and John’s Drive In, one famous for hot dogs and the other milk shakes.
Drive an easy 2 miles to the Kitty Hawk Coastal Reserve, where you can stroll the walking paths to observe the natural wildlife, or bring your fishing equipment and catch some fresh bass.
For a historic cultural experience, take a 10-minute drive to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, where you can stand at the exact take-off point for the first successful airplane flight.
Various bridges connect the different islands that create North Carolina’s Outer Banks so that you can spend your remaining vacation days exploring the area’s breathtaking, natural waterfront beauty.

Cancellation and Refund for Booking: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50%.

Weather Related Refund: Renters will get refund for unused days due to mandatory evacuation or condo “out-of-use” due to weather. (Travel insurance consideration may be a safety net for renters.)

Smoke Free Unit: NO SMOKING in townhouse or on balconies.

MINIMUM STAY INFO:
*** IN SEASON: (1st week of June through 2nd week of Sept) - Rents weekly only. Saturday to Saturday . Check in Saturday 4 pm. Check out the following Saturday by 10 am.
*** OFF SEASON: (2nd week of Sept through May 31) 3-night minimum. Rents nightly, weekly or monthly. Discount for monthly stays. Check in 4 pm. Check out by 10 am.

Linens:
Linens are included in rental rates. Linens will include sheets for beds, 2 bath towels, 2 bath cloths, and 1 hand towel per bedroom. One hand towel in the half bah and kitchen cloth and towel are provided.

Special Note: Townhouse will be cleaned including disinfecting all surfaces, e.g., counters, handles, light switches, etc.
