The top-level great room is where everyone naturally gathers — open, airy, and full of natural light, with a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, bar seating, and a Keurig for lazy morning coffees before the beach. The dining area flows seamlessly off the kitchen, giving large families plenty of room to share a meal, play cards, or linger over a long dinner together. Just off the great room, a raised loft sitting area with large windows offers a cozy, light-filled perch above the main living space — the perfect spot for morning coffee, a good book, or a quiet moment above the family activity below. Step out to the sunroom for a breezy after-dinner hangout, or head onto the wrap-around deck to soak in the Duck air as the neighborhood settles in for the evening.
