• Pets: $400/stay for vacation homes. Max 2 dogs, under 60 lbs each.
• Smoking: Prohibited. A $250 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
• Sanderling Resort Vacation Rental Homes are reserved exclusively for the use of registered guests unless approved in writing in advance by the resort. Unauthorized use of Vacation Rental Homes is strictly prohibited. Vacation Rental Homes may be reserved for contracted group events.
