Welcome to our beautiful home in Duck in North Carolina’s Outer Banks!

Duck is a gorgeous and fun little town. It is highlighted as one of the most charming summer beach vacations on the east coast. Our family has been coming here for over 40 years. It has always been a dream for us to own a little piece of heaven here in Duck and it finally came true! We love it here and enjoy sharing our tranquil waterfront home with other families.

You will be staying in our dream home and we take care of it as such. What that means is that we finished an extensive renovation to create a spa like experience and include free amenities the whole family can enjoy. You will arrive to a kitchen with all the appliances you need. The silverware, dinnerware, and utensils are renewed each season so you can enjoy meals with your family as you would at home. The garage is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and the sound including but not limited to chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle board, and boogie boards. You do not have to haul things here from home or pay for additional rentals and purchases. It is all already here for you so you can simply relax and enjoy. Our small beautiful community has an indoor pool (open mid-May through mid-October), fishing/relaxing pier, basketball, and a tennis and pickleball court. It is a quick walk across the street to the ocean and beautiful beach. If you'd prefer to drive, we are pleased to announce that starting November 2023 we now have free and easy beach parking.

After all the years we’ve been coming to the outer banks, we believe we found the perfect waterfront vacation spot and our guests have told us time and time again that they love it here and that we are by far the best value for waterfront accommodations in Duck. This is our second home and we ask guests to treat it as their own home! This is NOT a party house.

Master – King sized zero gravity adjustable vibrating bed with luxury mattress. En suite bath with huge spa shower featuring an 18 inch rain shower with led lights that change based on the water temperature and six body sprayers. Sound view and deck with hammock off the master bedroom.

Room two – Queen sized zero gravity adjustable vibrating bed with luxury mattress.

Room three – Queen sized zero gravity adjustable vibrating bed with luxury mattress. Single day bed with additional single trundle. Both with very comfortable mattresses.

Second renovated full bath with shower/tub, rain shower, and separate vanity area.

There are two TVs and wifi internet access. The TVs are internet TVs and have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime available if you subscribe to these services but NO CABLE.

If booked for your preferred dates, we have an almost identical property right next door. We also have one just a bit down the road that is also gorgeous.
