Lovely hotel I just didn’t understand who they are trying to attract to stay. Older clients who play golf? We thought it would be a nice break and great to explore the grounds and use the spa facilities but the grounds can only really be explored by golf buggy - a lot of the paths just come to an end. The spa was a jacuzzi and a sauna that wasn’t hot enough but there was no one there on two out of the three times we were there. The dining was nice but slow, not great for small kids. The show was well stocked but the atmosphere was just, well quiet. They could create a deer walk or star gazing theme night which wouldn’t need much effort and involve clients who are not regulars. It just felt like we were staying at a residential area where kids aren’t really appreciated by the usual diners. Lovely place but it needs to nail down who it is for.

Very nice resort, they are very pet friendly and I think there may have been a cat in the room we stayed in at one time. My husband is highly allergic to cats. I am not sure that we will go back.

Lovely property, other than the bugs. I end up itching all over. Maybe bring some bug repellent if you are staying in the patio for a relaxing view.

Property is great but our room not so much…

We were supposed to have a balcony and we did not which was very disappointing. They had no other rooms available apparently. Our room was not great, smelled like it used to be a smoking room and was quite dated. Also, there is no lock on the side entrance to the building, anyone can just walk in.

We rented a 3br home which was spacious/comfortable. The kitchen had all utensils, pots/pans, but no basic cooking items like you expect when renting homes (salt, oil at least). That was my only negative. Bathrooms were clean. We had a washer/dryer, fast wifi, 2 televisions. We had a nice porch overlooking a creek. 2 parking spots. You have use of the sports facility, but its nice to walk as well. The restaurant there has good food, but be prepared to wait a long time. We were there for 1.5 hours for dinner, waiting for food over an hour. The food was good though and views were beautiful.

Our family stayed a night on our road trip. It was very clean and comfortable, staff were very nice and friendly. The pool and gym were nice and the property is lovely overall. I’d love to stay again should we visit Klamath Falls on another occasion.
