Two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, while the third offers a queen/ twin bunk bed, making it easy to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a sunny bistro area that’s perfect for sipping morning coffee or planning your day.

The Downtown Haus has been renovated and updated with modern furnishings, central heating and air, blackout curtains, and white noise machines to ensure both style and comfort.

Note, the neighborhood is located on a busy one way street. You may see foot, bike and vehicle traffic.

-The driveway is narrow and tight. It can still fit large trucks and up to two cars!

-Inside, you may notice some squeaky floors, just part of this older home’s character.

-The washer and dryer is located in the basement downstairs.

-We insure the property against accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation. This helps cover minor accidental damages. Things like a broken glass, stains, pet damage, etc. Now you can relax knowing you’re fully covered without the hassle of deposits or post-stay claims required by the Airbnb Aircover program. It’s our way of ensuring a smooth, worry-free experience from check-in to check-out.
-This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M-7:00 A.M daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties!

-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) or electric bikes (e-bikes) on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations nearby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

-Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party, unless booked by an authorized agency. Extra guests not listed in the booking need to be approved before entering the home. Overnight visitors can be coordinated for an extra fee.
