Holston Springs Lodge and Venue, one of Knoxville’s premiere overnight destinations! Located on a gorgeous 55 acre horse farm and wedding venue in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

A hot tub spa, boarded horses on the property, 1 mile hiking trail and heated/air-conditioned wedding venue are available to visit with each reservation.

Heated and air-conditioned first floor venue! Located 15 miles from downtown Knoxville and the Univ. of Tennessee/Neyland Stadium, 38 mi from Smoky Mtns, enjoy easy access to the city or mountains. A hot tub spa, horse arena, boarded horses on the property, 1 mile hiking trail and first class barn/wedding venue are available to visit with each reservation. We look forward to hosting you!

Sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 Queen) bedrooms

Coffee Maker and Coffee Provided! Come soak in our hot tub! *$50 cleaning fees applies to reservations that utilize, well worth it! It requires an extra 3 to 5 hours after each check out to drain, scrub clean and maintain. Please be respectful so that other guests in the future can enjoy it as well.

There is a no smoking policy inside. This includes marijuana, tobacco products, and anything else that burns that is not a candle. A $250 fee will be assessed for fumigation, cleaning products, and delays in cleaning. There are 55 acres and outside patios that you are welcome to use for smoking. All cigarette butts and smoking products must be cleaned by you or additional cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting the property for future guests.

If you rent the space, it is completely private for you. To use the venue downstairs, additional fees required. But the space will be private for you if this listing is available on your selected dates!

If you would like to charge your electric vehicle, we can accommodate your needs and add an additional $50 fee. Please do not charge your electric vehicle without permission.

If you would like to use the hot tub, we have a $50 cleaning fee for the additional cleaning service of draining, scrubbing, and replacing the water for the next guests. Definitely worth it if you’d like to use it!

I additionally agree to indemnify Holston Springs LLC and Strawberry Creek LLC and their directors, officers and employees against any legal cost, medical cost, and any other expense arising from any and all injuries, liabilities, or damages from participation at the amenities on property.

2. I understand that the amenities on the greater property are also shared by others that staff and management have no control over and I agree to assume all liability for myself, child/children, and all the occupants of my unit, even if arising from negligence from other participants on the property.

3. I agree to read all posted signs and understand that all amenities are “play at your own risk” and that there is no swimming in the pond and no lifeguard on duty. I agree to always follow all instructions from the staff.

4. I have read, understand, and agree to follow the terms, conditions, rules and regulations listed above even if they are not applicable at listed property. I further understand that if I do not comply, I may be asked to leave the location without refund. These terms, conditions, rules, and regulations cover registered and non-registered guests in my party. *

Family trip to ride trails on dirt bikes

Our family enjoyed our 5 night stay at the barn. The location is nice and is outside the busy city. We had plenty of room to park our enclosed trailers and trucks. The drive winds up the hill to the barn but we did fine pulling the trailers up and down. Spacious living area and kitchen had everything except maybe a cake/lasanga pan. Walking trail gets you plenty of up and downhill terrain for exercise. We didn't use the hottub as it was 95 degrees everyday. We would definitely book again. Peaceful and serene location.

Excellent place for a quiet get away.

Property was immaculate. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion and was still able to be in town in a few miles. Only thing I could add would be a grab bar in the showers and a small chair in the bedrooms for dressing. We are older guests and this would benefit us. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the beauty of the place and will return sometime.

Gorgeous grounds for a quiet getaway!

We only stayed an evening, but loved this property! Picturesque, private, and perfect for a small group! We loved the convenient location right off 40, and how cozy the place felt. We slept great and watching the sun rise over a cup of coffee was perfect! Wonderful banquet space on the first floor as well! Overall a great value!

Perfect!!!

Our family LOVED our stay! The grounds and home were beautiful and relaxing, but that was just icing on the cake. This was the cleanest home rental I have stayed in and our bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed being away from the crowds in the Smoky Mountains, but it was an easy, beautiful drive to some of the most beautiful places on earth.

Perfect family friendly house for our baseball tourney.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was just our four family members, but this would be great for a larger get together. Beautiful manicured lawn with plenty of room for our dogs to play. Our teenage boys had a blast playing whiffle ball. We would absolutely stay here again. Downstairs was a perfect place to hang out with a few baseball family members. The kids played and the adults got to sit back and enjoy. Bathroom downstairs was definitely a plus. Comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out. Very open floor plan.

Family vacation

Beautiful property with plenty of room for large families. This is a gem! The surrounding woods offer great privacy. Inside is open concept living as soon as you walk up the stairs. It included a large kitchen for food prep and a breakfast eating area. The large dining area had the perfect table with seating for 12 that could be adjusted to accommodate smaller gatherings. The family relaxing area has lots of comfortable seating with great views from the many windows of the massive grounds. Giant smart TV, we were able to watch our favorite shows. Full laundry room. Very comfortable 3bedrooms. The primary has King bed and large en-suite. The other 2 Queen bedrooms shared the large main bathroom with tub. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub at night. But our favorite things to do was walk the massive grounds, especially up to the old horse show/arena and hike the path to the barn. Great privacy The property has good signage to find the house. However, we found that Google Maps did a better job than Waze to get us to the right location. We used the address of 733 McCubbins Rd. versus the Wood Dale Church Road address.
