Arrival & Transportation Assistance
To ensure a smooth arrival, please provide us with your arrival details, including your time of arrival, flight number, or ferry company and pier of arrival.

We also offer taxi pick-up service from your arrival point (Airport or Pier). Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name and will take you directly to your accommodation. Pricing for this service varies based on the pick-up location—please let us know your details in advance with a minimum of 24 -48 hours, and we will confirm the cost accordingly.

Additionally, we can arrange vehicle rentals for your convenience, delivered to your property upon Check-In and picked up upon Check-Out. Rates are as follows:

Scooter 125CC – 250 THB/day
Scooter 150CC – 400 THB/day
Car (Sedan, 5 seats) – 1,200 THB/day

24/7 Villa Manager: Our dedicated villa manager is available at any time to assist you, answer any questions, and provide local recommendations to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Transportation Arrangements: Whether you need transport for exploring the island or an airport round-trip, we’ve got you covered. Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange it for your convenience.

Electricity Consumption: Electricity is metered at check-in and check-out. You will be charge a rate of 7 THB per kWh.

Water Usage: Water consumption is charge at 95 THB per cubic meter in order to promote responsible water usage.

Island Infrastructure: While Koh Samui is a tropical paradise, occasional power outages or internet disruptions may occur due to the island’s infrastructure. Our team is always on hand to resolve any issues promptly to minimize any inconvenience.

Excellent WiFi Network: Stay connected with high-speed 500mbps optic fiber internet, ensuring smooth browsing, streaming, and remote work throughout the villa.

Pest Control: The property undergoes monthly pest control treatments to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for your stay.

We want to make sure you have all the information for a comfortable stay. Please note that there is construction taking place near the property. While we do our best to maintain a peaceful environment, occasional noise may occur during the day.

For your safety and peace of mind, we recommend locking all doors and windows whenever you leave the property. A secure safe is provided for your valuable belongings. While property invasion is rare, we encourage guests to store passports, electronics, and other valuables in the safe. Please note that our company cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings if the safe provided was not used.
