Upon entering, you can enjoy wide side sea views and a cozy balcony, perfect for coffee or an aperitif. The open-plan kitchen/living room is fully equipped, including Nespresso, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and offers a comfortable seating area with sofa, table, and large flat-screen TV.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and storage space, the other with a bunk bed and plenty of storage. Bedding must be provided by guests. The bathroom has a shower and sink, with a separate washing machine and dryer available. A separate toilet in the hallway adds extra convenience during your stay.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
