Located beside the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa, a short 5 minute stroll to the closest beach, you will find a Tropical Oasis with waterfalls, koi ponds and streams everywhere.

This suite is located in a separate wing, and has it's own secured entrance.

* California King bed with high thread count cotton linens, towels and high quality toiletries.

** private deck with a unique water feature for each suite, Weber barbeque grills and comfy chairs to enjoy the tropical ambiance.

*** each suite has its own television and Alexa echo (music) connected to a high speed wireless network, well amenitized kitchenette with 7.4 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Bathrooms is adorned with onyx tile, rain shower heads, massaging shower head, glass block windows and built-in benches.

Outside, through the breezeway separating the main house from the three suites, you will find a gorgeous pergola with a 6-person, 72 jet hot tub is certain to restore those sore muscles after a day of hiking or water activities. A hanging king-size bed is sure to be one of your favorite spots for relaxing. The hot tub and hanging bed are shared by the entire property.

There are three koi ponds containing approximately 100 gorgeous colorful koi. You can enjoy the sound of falling water throughout the property.

One of the most valuable attributes of this property is its proximity to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa. Want to enjoy a little pampering, Anara Spa is one of the world's best spa environments.

Enjoy Stevenson's Sushi and Spirits, their cocktail lounge, or nightly entertainment including keiki hula (keiki means 'baby' or 'child' in Hawaiian), and numerous musical groups. The restaurants include Tide Pools (steak and seafood - the best Prime Rib I've ever eaten), Llima Terrace (brunch), and Seaview Terrace (cafe and nightly entertainment).

Notice - there is one parking spot available to guests in the three suites for loading and unloading only. Guests can park 75 feet away on Poipu Road.

Great access to the Hyatt, and quiet, safe neighborhood

It was as advertised. Overall we were very happy, clean. Easy for me to get to my conference at the Hyatt in 5 minutes. Price ?low for the area) reflects the fact that it was small and the view was not anything from the room...but you can walk to a great view in 5 minutes, and lots of paved walkways to great food. Only thing that i didnt like was it was very small...probably 350 square feet. But the bed was comfortable, and the room was well supplied. And we walked...a lot...and felt quite safe. 1.3 miles to Poipu Beach. So to summarize...if you are looking for a place to sleep comfortably, but not a place you will otherwise spend a lot of time in, for a reasonable price in the area, in particular if you want quick access to the Hyatt, this is the place for you. If you want to sit on a balcony and listen to the ocean from your room, it is not.

Perfect Stay

The studio was just what we were looking for. The price was right and we loved the private setting. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and accomodations were exactly as they were listed. Kevin's yard was beautiful with the plants and the Koi fish pond. Overall I would highly recommend the Love Nest and would most definitely stay there again.

Amazing Vacation in Paradise!

Our time at the Love Nest couldn’t have been better. From the location, amenities, cleanliness and warm welcome from Kevin, the host, we felt right at home! My husband and I enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchenette and the close proximity to trails and the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Convenient place. Friendly owner. Some great amenities like an apartment: refrigerator, microwave, gas grill, dishes, laundry, beach chairs, etc. Appreciated the comfortable bed and good towels. There were some obvious maintenance issues like rotten floor boards on the deck to our unit. Lots of dust on the window sills and casement windows that didn't quite seal. The landscaping and the center courtyard with the koi were gorgeous.

A piece of Heaven!

Love Nest was perfect for us! Small compact unit with everything needed PLUS! The bed and linens were spectacular! Showers were great
especially for 2 people. We totally enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and taking in the beautiful foliage that Kevin put in! Walking to beaches was a breeze and what a amazing experience! Grand Hyatt Conference Trip

Went to Kauai for a conference at the Grand Hyatt Resort- wanted to stay longer so chose to do VRBO. This property could not have been better! Literally less than 5 min walk to conference rooms. Property was clean and comfortable. Enough space for the 2 of us for 9 day stay. Could prepare meals if needed, good size fridge! Had laundry access that we did use as well as beach chairs and wagon. Beaches were walkable from suite as well as the resort pool we had access to. Kevin- owner- was awesome! Super friendly and not intrusive at all. Gave us lots of useful tips for the area. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience!

Kevin was a wonderful host, and the suite was cozy, clean, well designed, and comfortable. I enjoyed the grill and other kitchen tools available to make meals with, the spacious bathroom with rain shower head, and the proximity to the Hyatt for access to dining/spa/beach. Additionally, the property is well maintained with a beautiful koi pond and verdant greenery. Thank you Kevin for a great experience!

Perfect Getaway

We spent 5 nights here and loved it. Kevin has a background in hospitality and it shows. He even wrote his own guide to the area. The sheets and mattress were very comfortable, I really appreciated the higher end shampoo/conditioner, fluffy towels and brita pitcher. The room is great, it comes with a massive shower and the grounds are beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

Quiet paradise

This property was everything you could want in a great area of Kaua’i. Kevin was incredibly friendly and had great advice about the island. He was a background in hospitality and it shows. The rooms were very clean and had every amenity you could want, from all the kitchen gadgets you could need to a private deck and outdoor sink. The patio area was great and we spent most nights opening the door and letting the sounds of the koi ponds drift in as we slept. The rooms are spacious and the spaces are quiet. We did not end up using the hot tub but that area and the day bed also looked very inviting. There’s a beach down the road and plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. You’re also a short drive to the west side of the island and Lihue. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property is well kept and the owner is mostly available as he lives at the house associated with the suites. Be sure to ask him for dining and places to visit recommendations. Make use of the community pool and spa, for you will meet other locals and guest that can provide recommended sites to visit and places to dine.
