The Neighborhood:

From Kiahuna Beach up Kiahuna Plantation Drive to the areas of Pili Mai, Kauanoe o Koloa, Wainani, and Kiahuna Village. Kiahuna Village is an association of homes around the Kiahuna Golf Course and Wainani`s single-family homes surround another part of the golf course. Poipu Shopping Village with free Hawaiian entertainment on Mondays and Thursdays at 5 pm and the Village Market every first and third Tuesday. Enjoy walking the Hapa Trail which will take you from the Poipu Beach Athletic Club to Koloa.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Beautiful & well furnished unit!

The condo is thoughtfully appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. Most places will just have the basics and cheap plastic dishes. This kitchen had all the appliances you would have in your home and plenty of dishware so you didn’t have to dishes after every meal. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We did find the pool to be cold even though it’s heated, but the families that used it didn’t seem to mind! The only drawback was the family that rented the unit above us. They were a large group with several teenage boys and very noisy. Constant stomping as they walked and what sounded like dragging furniture across the floors. That is a risk in any main floor unit I guess, but we’d happily stay here again (and hope for better renters above us)!

A great property with all the amenities

We had a great stay at this property and really appreciated the comfort of the beds, and everything we could need in the kitchen. I would note, however, that it is a bottom floor unit and we heard a lot of foot traffic in the unit upstairs. Also, this particular unit is located right off the road so we did hear cars coming and going. this wasn't a problem for us, but would have appreciated knowing in advance. Other than that, it was perfectly provided what we needed. Thank you!

The unit was great and well stocked with all we needed for a good stay. Some of the amenities we really enjoyed were central air, full size washer and dryer, spacious, equipped kitchen, fridge with ice maker, beach equipment. The lanai is located close to walking path and road, but the road did not bother us. Internet was slow and cell coverage spotty, luckily we didn’t need to work much while there. Overall very nice place to stay.

Such a wonderful place to come back to after a day of adventuring in Kauai!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. We found this home to be very comfortable for our family the 4. The decor and layout are very nicely done and made for a home away from home feel. We found this property to be very well maintained and up to date. The kitchen was probably the best equipt of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in! We cooked multiple meals during our stay and had everything we possibly could have needed. Having a washer and dryer to use was also very helpful. The home was in a nice location for all of the activities we were looking to do. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. Truly a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you so much for everything.

Great property in great location

We enjoyed this property. It is conveniently located in Poipu. It was clean and as advertised. One thing missing from the property is furniture to lounge around on after a long day of playing. One of the reasons we like to use VRBOs instead of hotels is because we like to be able to lounge. The furniture in the living room is nice, but it's not super comfortable for lounging. I'm still willing to give this property five stars because it was great overall.

The unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Unfortunately painting maintenance was underway and patio furniture was stacked up . We were able to reset that easily and understand that it was just a timing issue. The workers using the storage room by the front door were very polite and we accommodated them by moving our rental car for easier access for them.

I just want to say we enjoyed our stay. We would never usually post anything, however I feel some things you should at least be made aware of. The AC had a problem. We were promised a maintenance man would come right away. We never saw any maintenance man and the AC ran 24/7. We were not able to adjust it or even turn it off. Secondly the fridge was extra small for the unit. Clearly it was not the original fridge. Our freezer space was taken up mostly with ice cube trays as there was no ice maker. Finally, there was no mention when we were booking that the units were being painted. The storage room for all the paint was directly outside our units bedroom window. Very early the painters would arrive and be in and out of the storage room and cleaning their supplies with our front door hose. Scaffolding around our deck while eating our meals was less than desirable.

This is a wonderful location , fabulous pool, quiet complex.

If you have a car and don’t mind being 20 minutes from the airport, you are really in the heart of Poipu. Close to both Volcano Pizza and Keoki‘s and although you do have a full kitchen that is fully stocked in spices if you choose to cook. One of the best pools for a stay in a condo complex. Definitely will keep this on the list to stay again. Such nice accommodating hosts. Wish our state could’ve been longer.

Our assessment stems from frequent visits to the islands (including 5 vacations in Kauai in Poipu and Princeville). Pluses- Great pool area (including hot tub and kiddie pool), nice workout facility, responsive Guest services. Negative-arguably the worst location in a pact complex. The unit adjacent to a heavily travelled road (major construction and right next to the entrance to the complex. Lower unit meant we were subjected to all the pounding of upstairs guests at the crack of dawn until ~10 PM. The instructions indicated we not lower A/C below 72, we were surprised when our first night it remained between 74-76. We called guest services to discover they control the A/C. Bosch appliances, but we were stunned to find out the refrigerator's ice/water dispenser was not connected. We had to use "ice trays" in 2022 and a manual filtered jug which was left from the previous guests (had mold). They did sent a new one. The flatware 5 salad forks and 2 dinner forks. The cutting knifes needed sharpening, the microwave was a low power wattage and there was no waffle maker or pancake skillet. The back deck was unusable due to gale force winds and chickens. The washer/dryer vibrated so vigorously that it knocked the door off the hinges. My wife attempted to put it back in the groves but the heavy door fell on her. Fortunately, she was okay and someone came to fix the door and addressed the vibrating machines. We needed to remove the foam piece placed on our mattress (we presume to make it softer, a better mattress would help). We read the previous reviews and can only speculate that we expect too much from accommodations.

This condo is impeccably equipped with all that you would need to cook, visit the beach, and relax! It is walking distance to the beach and restaurants/stores. The communication was thorough from before we even checked in. The interior is beautifully decorated and organized. We stayed with another couple and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
