Guest Access:

You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Perfect Family Stay

Beautifully renovated

The condo was beautifully renovated. Updated and fully equipped kitchen. The deck was very private and large. Bedrooms had nice mattresses and linens (need pillow protectors though). No tv in lower bedroom. The wall between units was a bit thin as you could hear your neighbors.The condo complex was charming, clean, quiet. Nice pool that nobody used. Conveniently located.

Beautiful home with a beautiful jungle view

My wife and I loved staying here with our 11 month old son. The jungle vibes on the lanai really make you feel like you’re secluded even though the other units are not that far away. Close enough to walk to Poipu beach which was perfect for swimming with a baby. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Condo

The architecture and design of the condo was beautiful. We loved the wood beam ceilings and the mesmerizing plantation style fans and modern light fixtures throughout the house. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern with everything you need. I loved having the large soaking tub after a day of hiking. Only suggestion for the bathroom would be to add a few hooks for damp towels. My husband and I found the master bed to be super comfy; bedroom itself had ample storage. The only minor thing that would be helpful would be labeling the electrical switches. There were so many throughout the house that we often found ourselves flipping switches on and off multiple times to find he right one. Beyond that it was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Kauai

Tree House in Kauai

This was a beautiful property in an excellent location. The rooms were nice and the property was clean and new. We loved sitting on the patio looking across the lush landscape while listening to the birds sing. It was almost as if you were in a treehouse. Communication when needed was also prompt and kind.

Perfect Place!!

The condo was in a perfect location. We could easily walk to two different beaches. It was a quiet neighborhood, the condo appeared to be recently updated/renovated with great taste, and supplied us with chairs, towels, and boogie boards for the beach. We are already looking to come back next year and will stay at this location again if it is available.

Lovely Lanai in a modern home

We had a wonderful time. The Lanai in particular was beautiful -- lots of nice trees and a pleasant breeze. We spent a lot of time there just taking in that pleasant view of nature. The apartment has been newly remodeled. Nice appliances and decor. Some set-up still pending - no lamps in our bedroom. Hopefully will be addressed soon. The master suite has an open toilet which we found awkward, but some may not mind. The staff are helpful and responsive. We asked for blankets and they brought them in. The community is friendly and the grounds are nice. It's a short walk to Poipu beach and the Hyatt.
