Awesome hosts and awesome rental! The rental was roomy and clean, great view of the ocean, close to shops restaurants. Would have loved to stay longer, maybe next time! Hawaiian treats gifted by the hosts when we arrived were so thoughtful and much appreciated after a day of travel. Right next to pool hot tub, which we thought would be an issue at first, but didn’t have any complaints with noise or anything. The maintenance crew was really on top of keeping the closing hours enforced. I have to say our favorite spot was out on the lanai. It was the ultimate hangout
we had breakfast out there each morning with sunshine and waves crashing, and a glass of wine out there each night under the stars with warm breeze blowing. Pure magic. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, even offering a discount for any inconvenience caused by a current renovation project being done on the building. We decided we didn’t mind since we’d be at the beach most of the time. When we got there, it was free of any kind of renovating, so I guess we lucked out! We used the beach gear found in the master closet and enjoyed having tons of towels, with a washer dryer at the ready. We thoroughly made ourselves at home. Best trip ever.

Yes the host was welcoming. Problem; the tubs were recently painted which made them extremely slippery. There are no grab bars by the tub and there were instructions to not use rubber mats. We were fortunate to not have fallen but that situation is an accident waiting to happen. Also the tennis courts were closed for repairs. This should have been noted to us ahead of time as we brought pickle ball equipment wanting to play pickle ball.

Loved our stay. Unit was well stocked. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset. Grateful for the beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. They even kindly accommodated a late check out to bridge the gap between check out in Poipu and our check in time in Princeville. Will stay again!

The owner and property manager were very responsive to a couple of questions we had about the property. Soon after we arrived on the island, there was a tsunami warning and Evelyn provided guidance on where to go as the area was being evacuated. The cable box wasn't working and she had it fixed right away. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated. The kitchen, living room and dining room was spacious. The only concern we had was that the portable A/C in the smaller bedroom was extremely loud and our kids had trouble sleeping due to the noise. The A/C in the larger room worked well.

Great Space

Our time in the condo was great, there was plenty of room, great location, excellent communication, and beautiful views from the lanai. Everything was great even with some WiFi issues they got resolved the next day. The only thing that could have been improved on was the beds were not the comfortable, in both rooms.

Great location!

This was a very convenient place to stay in Poipu! Easy access to everything. The home was very clean and had nice newer finishes. We had everything we needed for our week. Balcony views were very nice and the overall property was quiet from 9pm to 9am. My wife and 2 teenage daughters loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was as advertised. We thought it was a great value for this oceanfront location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Very nice ocean view, as we feared looking through buildings would be limited. It was not. Loved the location. Communications with manager was outstanding and very timely.

Perfect ocean retreat

Overall, the location was perfect and it was awesome to hang out at the lanai and look at the ocean and hear it. The pool is great as well. Slightly dated on the inside, but still great and location can’t be beat.

This is a great location for our stay on Kauai. The condo had everything we needed with plenty of space for the three of us. We notified the management of a few issues and they more than promptly, took care of it. It is an older complex with some repairs to the deck.

Lovely and relaxing Kauai property near Po’ipu

Nice unit with ocean views. Location is great for South Island activities. Property is well maintained (although there was that kitchen window shade that has been broken since January—we were here in the first week of March). The atmosphere is congenial with an almost neighborhood feel. Great restaurant selections in the area. Would certainly return.

Great spot, within walking distance to the beach, clean and lovely condo. We had a few problems with missing gear and maintenance issues, but Property Manager addressed them promptly.

Lovely Ocean View!

We enjoyed our stay here in condo 2205 with a lovely view of the ocean( and whales!) from the living area and lanai. Sophia from management was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and even supplied and delivered pickleball paddles to us so we could take advantage of the nearby court.The kitchen was neat and very clean and had everything we needed, including a welcome basket of goodies. Bedrooms were separated at opposite ends of the condo which allowed for privacy. Necessary to walk down nearby paths to get to enjoy the beaches as the complex was located on a higher elevation. Enjoyed our stay!
