This one bedroom apartment is self catering, air conditioned, fully equipped, with well fitted kitchen,( microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher etc.), dining room, living area with sofa bad, separate double room and bathroom with massage shower, washing machine, iron, satellite TV, free Internet access (wireless).



Anuska Apartments wish you a warm welcome to Cavtat. If you are looking for quite, nice, cosy and modern holiday accommodation you are just on the right place.
Our guests can chose from 4 new modern apartments each with nice balcony or terrace where one can sit and enjoy spectacular view to Adriatic sea, red roofs of Cavtat, old town of Dubrovnik and nearby Elaphite Islands. Penthouse is on the top, and on the ground floor nice big one bedroom apartment with terrace, lawn, barbecue and sunbathing deck in the back yard.
Our apartments are self catering, air conditioned, fully equipped, with well fitted kitchen, (fridge,freezer, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven,toaster, dishwasher etc.), dining room, living area with sofa bad, separate double room and bathroom with either massage shower or massage bath tub, washing machine, iron, satellite TV, free Internet access (wireless).
The real jewel of our property is spacious 70 m2 penthouse and its roof balcony with breathtaking sea view.
To all our dear guests arriving by plane we can organize transfer from and to the airport, and for those arriving by car private secure parking.
Villa is only 500 meters walk down to a picturesque village hugging an enchanting bay fringed by palm-lined promenade with cafes, restaurants, bars and boats in beautiful clear waters. Surrounded by stunning countryside, 30 mins drive from the spectacular historical city of Dubrovnik, less than 10 mins drive to the airport , 5 mins walk from village supermarket and green market selling locally grown fresh produce, 5 mins walk from Cavtat marina and 5 star Croatia hotel where you can enjoy a drink and entertainment. You can rent a car, scooter or bike in our neighborhood . Boats leave Cavtat port very often for Dubrovnik (hourly from 09 till 23) and this beautiful 40 minutes boat ride takes you directly into the old harbour of Dubrovnik. By staying in Cavtat you avoid the constant crowds of Dubrovnik, but still you can easily reach the ancient walled city, or it's night-life, whenever you like.

Beautiful apartment, lovely host, and fantastic location

We had a wonderful week in Anuska’s apartment. She is a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us welcome and ensure we saw the wonderful area of Konavle and the Dubrovnik riviera. The extra touches in the apartment were wonderful, and we would definitely like to return. There is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cavtat is a beautiful little town and we enjoyed exploring the peninsular and steep narrow streets. The view of the bay from the apartment is fantastic, and we saw some amazing sunsets. We also enjoyed visiting neighbouring towns and villages, as well as a boat trip to the Elaphiti Islands, and a day trip to Bosnia Herzegovina, visiting beautiful waterfalls and the city of Mostar.

From start to finish we had no problem with renting this apartment, it was exactly as described and Anuska was a dream to correspond with, she answered all questions and more, included in the cost was that Anuska collected and delivered us from and back to the airport door so no mad rush with buses, during our stay as Anuska explained to us, we were left to our own devices but she was on site to help with advice on where to eat, places to visit etc etc, the apartment itself was spotless and had everything that was required for our stay, an abundance of fresh clean towels were available at all times, my wife’s birthday was during our stay and Anuska presented her with a bottle of champagne and birthday balloons, a very nice and much appreciated gesture, this was our first time renting an apartment and being self catering and would after this fantastic experience have no hesitation in doing this again, once again thank you very much Anuska for our most enjoyable stay in your penthouse apartment

Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view!

We experienced a fantastic stay at Anuska's apartment on the second floor. Anuska welcomed us with a nice gift basket of beverages and treats! It was beautifully appointed, spotless, and had everything we needed and much more - probably one of the best equipped accomodations that we have stayed in. The balcony had a great view of the inside harbour and mountains that was in the shade in the afternoon! Anuska and her family were warm and freindly hosts that were instantly available with recommendations and assistance as required. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to the downtown area and beaches (downhill)! Catvat is a beautiful harbour location with an excellent swimming beaches around the bay on the inside. Lots of restaurants and boutiques to visit and beautiful parts of the old town to stroll through with your camera. The town is very tourist friendly, quiet, and away from the masses that visit Dubrovnik! You can spend hours sipping wine on the harbour boardwalk watching boats come and go! We took the boat to visit Dubrovik that was a 55 minute ride - longer by water than car, however scenic, worry-free, and recommended as parking in D is an issue! We loved Anuska's apartments and highly recommend this accomodation to Catvat and Dubrovnik visitors.
