Dieses Ferienjuwel im malerischen Dorf Dubravka bietet Privatsphäre und Ruhe und ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von den Stränden der Riviera von Dubrovnik entfernt. Die zweistöckige Villa im authentischen kroatischen Stil bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Familien oder eine große Gruppe von Freunden. Zwei Wohnbereiche und zwei Küchen stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, während ein Spielzimmer mit Tischfußball und Billardtisch sowie ein großer Essbereich alle dazu einladen, gemeinsam schöne Stunden zu verbringen. Der Außenbereich bietet einen großen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen, einen bequemen schattigen Loungebereich, einen Spielplatz für Kinder und ein Trampolin, alles mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und die zerklüftete Landschaft. High-end vacation!

Our stay in Villa Pave in Dubravka was wonderful! We stayed for one week with 4 families and every single one of us had a pleasant stay with enough facilities to enjoy for the kids and the adults. Also the bbq and kitchenware was available so we could prepare good food. I would recommend this villa if you want a relax vacation!

We can’t thank the hosts so much for the WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY! The view AMAZING!!! There is so much to do there! Fun games and great environment! Pool, Jacuzzi, games etc! A bit of a drive up the mountain, so beautiful well worth it!!! You will not disappointed!

Delightful stay at Hotel Pave...Paulino couldn't have been more helpful and the facilities were grea

Wonderful pool, hire cars were fantastic and a much higher spec than would be expected. The house is a little bit of a distance from anywhere, so having the cars was really important for the quality experience we had. The croatian meal was very well done and the service from evening's was great. Paulino was very accommodating for our departure, allowing us to linger around the pool until late afternoon prior to our departure. Great holiday and would highly recommend!

Perfect Break

We had a fantastic break in this villa. The House was well equipped and spacious with good facilities. The owner Paulino was thoughtful and a helpful hosts, helping us plan activities and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We had the most divine food cooked for us by a chef that came to the House. As a group with ages ranging from 2 yrs to 72yrs of age, everyone was able to enjoy this and we all felt it was the most relaxing break. I strongly recommend this villa to you.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful relaxing time made perfect by Paulino who had thought of everything. He left us food and drinks at the Villa as we arrived late in the evening. We were a family group of 15 it was the ideal place with plenty to occupy all ages . A little more shade would be helpful at the pool as it was very hot some days . Plastic glasses for pool area for safety purposes maybe . We would highly recommend it .

Amazing property, highly recommend

We visited at the end of May with family and 4 children age 9-13. On our arrival Paulino was there to meet us and show us around the house, the house is stunning with all you need and more, stunning views and gardens and so much for the kids including bikes and a quad. Paulino had kindly made us lunch for our arrival and provided lots of snacks and drinks for the children and even alcohol for the adults. Nothing was a problem and on the few occasions we text Paulino during our stay he got straight back to us. The neighbours were lovely and it was a nice village to stay in. We had some lovely walks locally up to the cross etc It was a short drive to Dubrovnik and cavtat I wouldn’t hesitate on booking to stay at villa pave again, we really didn’t want to leave. Perfect in every way

Gorgeous and spacious villa with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We had 11 in our party and had so much space for all of us. Lots of games and a beautiful pool and completely private. We all had a great time and wanted for nothing. Beautiful location with stunning views yet only a short drive to the local supermarket which had everything we needed. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat several times which we found simple to do. The villa was very clean and has more than enough clean towels and linen for everyone and also beautiful foods and drinks in the fridge for our arrival along with plenty of snacks. If you could imagine your perfect villa this would be it. Paulina was contactable at all times (although we didn't need to) but left us alone to enjoy our holiday. He has thought of everything and more to make sure the villa is wonderful. Thank you for having us - we had the best holiday.

Brilliant service!

Booked this Villa for a family holiday. What an amazing place! The photo's really don’t do it justice, it amazing 5 star accommodation. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and stocked well with initial provisions…..including wine!! We were met by Paulino who is very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The family enjoyed the swimming pool and surrounds which is well equipped with quality seating and loungers. We all, especially the children, enjoyed the hot tub. Great area outside for the kids to play too, with slide and swings. The adults had fun playing pool and table football. There is also an ATV available for use which we had fun riding. Plenty of BBQ'S were had in the huge undercover area in the evenings. All in all a fabulous place to stay. Only 25mins from airport. Very peaceful with amazing views. Not far to the nearest supermarkets etc. Croatia is an amazing country, really friendly and we shall certainly be returning….very probably to Villa Pave.

Fantastic Holiday

My family and my parents spent a wonderful vacation in the spacious holiday house and we had an absolutely great week of sunshine & relaxation. This house is very spacious both inside and outside, with high-quality facilities throughout. The location is fantastic with beautiful views, nice and quiet but still not far away from the city of Dubrovnik. We were 8 people, so the house with so many bedrooms was perfect for our needs. The outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining place large was wonderful! The swimming pool was also amazing with nice sunbeds and own peace + quiet and mountain views. The owner was also fantastic. He gave advice about what to see and do and arranged transport service when needed and organise transfer from airport to the villa. Perfect customer service..:-) We visited the old city of Dubrovnik and one day we took trips to Ston, Peljesac and the island of Korcula. We have been all very satisfied with our family holiday and really recommend it, especially if you prefer to stay in a place where you can relax in peace. The Dubrovnik Region is something what you need to visit and feel it. Thank you!!!

Great Place

Great for families, perfect set-up for kids with good-sized pool and big enough to splash around. The Villa is well-finished and maintained. We felt at home, and didn't want to leave. Location was perfect for us as we wanted a quieter time outside the crowd, with cooling breeze and fantastic views. Unfortunately the bakery is too far to walk you need a car. A mobile service would be great.

Wir, eine 10köpfige Familie, waren im Juli das 1. mal zu Gast in der Villa Pave. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, so das unsere Teenis 17 und 14 Jahre, ihr eigenes Reich haben. Was mitunter in einem 14tägigen Urlaub sehr entspannend sein kann. Die Küche ist bestens, mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Das Haus wird top gepflegt. Der Hauseigentümer Paulino ist sehr nett und immer da wenn wir ihn brauchen. Weiterhin bietet das Haus einen tollen Garten mit Pool, welcher von uns, zum Start in den Tag, regelmäßig genutzt wurde. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist in einer Top-Lage, nur wenige Autominuten zum Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser und die Abende verbringen wir gerne in Dubrovnik. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß leider nicht zu erreichen, dafür muss man mit dem Auto ins Dorf fahren.

Wonderful Villa with a Wonderful Host

I would really like to say a massive thanks to Paulino for his wonderful hospitality when we arrived at his villa. He showed us everything we need to know about her villa, local shops and beaches. The villa was in a very quiet location 25 minutes driving distance to the beaches and the same time to Dubrovnik. There was 13 of us in the villa and everyone of us had enough space. We loved the swimming pool but mostly the covered BBQ terracce where we spent long evenings together. We use the offered rental cars and were even been picked up at the airport with both cars. Very convient. Everyone of us would like to say a Big thank you to our wonderful host "Paulino" We will come back again and again.

Geräumige Villa in den Bergen vor Dubrovnik

Dieses herrliche Landhaus in der Nähe von Dubrovnik erfüllt alle Wünsche. Das Haus ist schön und hat einen netten Garten mit wunderbarem Pool und Spielplatz für die Kinder. Alles sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und landschaftlich ein Traum. Der schönste Ort der Adria, Dubrovnik ist sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen und bietet viele historische Gebäude aber auch verträumte Gassen mit Restaurants und Cafes an. Wir haben uns verliebt in dieses Paradies und kommen bestimmt wieder nach Dubrovnik.

Tolle Zeit in Kroatien

Wir (3 Familien mit Kindern) können diese Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der Pool lädt zum abkühlen ein, der Garten ist gross und bietet Kindern viel Abwechlung. Top ist die super Lage, man ist sehr schnell in Dubrovnik und auch die Strände sind mit dem Auto gut & schnell zu erreichen. Ein Highlight der Villa ist die überdachte Aussenterasse.... hier wurden einige leckere Sachen gezaubert. Alles in allem hat uns die Villa sehr gut gefallen. Spacious property with nice pool and views

Even if pictures are already tempting there is no way to imagine how good it feels to be there. We were three families of 6 adults and even with 6 children it was very calm and everybody had privacy. We really appreciated the rental cars the owner offered and even picked us up from the airport. Our children were playing in safe for hours on the property. We are in love with Dubrovnik now where we went twice and I can recommend when taking children to take your beach stuff with you and walk to the city beach of the town to enjoy a splash in the water. Super Herbst Urlaub

Wir, zwei Familien mit 7 Kindern und Großeltern haben einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und so konnten wir den Pool jeden Tag nutzen, aber auch lange Spaziergänge am Strand und nette Abende auf der Grill Terrasse verbringen. Rund um ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus und der Gastgeber war jederzeit für uns da. Seine beiden Mietwagen haben wir benutzt und danke nochmals für die Benutzung der Kindersitze. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, die Landschaft ist wirklich wunderschön und sehenswert. Für junge Leute wie uns die gerne Party machen nicht ganz zutreffend trotzdem hatten wir einen super tollen Urlaub dort. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich.

Codowne miejsce. Byliśmy tam ze znajomymi w 14 osób, idealny dom dla takiej grupy. Przepiękna okolica, dom bardzo czysty i super przygotowany na nasz przyjazd, gospodarz bardzo miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Zostaliśmy przywitani pełną lodówką, świerzym pieczywem i przekąskami. Mieliśmy problem z autem i gospodarz zrobił wszystko żeby nam pomóc. Z całego serca polecam każdemu.

Bardzo polecam pobyt w willi. Piękne miejsce, które jest świetnie wyposażone. Na miejsciu jest wszystko co potrzeba, okolica cicha i spokojna.

Perfect in every way

Gorgeous and spacious villa with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We had 11 in our party and had so much space for all of us. Lots of games and a beautiful pool and completely private. We all had a great time and wanted for nothing. Beautiful location with stunning views yet only a short drive to the local supermarket which had everything we needed. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat several times which we found simple to do. The villa was very clean and has more than enough clean towels and linen for everyone and also beautiful foods and drinks in the fridge for our arrival along with plenty of snacks. If you could imagine your perfect villa this would be it. Paulina was contactable at all times (although we didn't need to) but left us alone to enjoy our holiday. He has thought of everything and more to make sure the villa is wonderful. Thank you for having us - we had the best holiday.
