Siitä en pitänyt, että huoneet yritettiin pitää kylminä (noin 20,0 - 20,5 astetta)! Ulkoa nollakelistä lenkin tehneenä olisi ollut mukava tulla lämpöiseen huoneeseen, mutta se ei onnistunut. Aina kun muutaman tunnin poissaolon jälkeen palasin huoneeseen, oli joku käynyt kääntämässä lämmön noin 20:een asteeseen. Hotelli oli äskettäin remontoitu onnistuneesti kauttaaltaan. Myös julkisivut oli ehostettu. Teki hienon vaikutelman varsinkin iltavalaistuksessa.

Huoneen lämmitys oli hieman hankala säätää (ilmalämpöpumppu), kylpyhuone oli saavuttaessa melko viileä, mutta lattialämmitys lämmitti lattian parissa päivässä.

We chose this hotel due to location, price and reviews from previous guests. The hotel is fresh and new. The rooms are on the small size and the bathroom is rather a tight squeeze. Anyone above the average weight and height could struggle walking into the shower or using the toilet. Saying that, the rain shower is much appreciated. Toiletries in the bathroom were never replenished during the 3 nights I stayed there. In the room the bed mattress is very comfortable but the pillows aren't the best to sleep on. Breakfast was probably the best I've had during my stay in Poland. Plenty of options, even for vegetarians and all seemed fresh and nutritional. Every staff apart from the porter have an attitude problem and think highly of themselves. Not once I was asked how my stay was or if I needed help with my luggage to the room or if I needed a cab or to store my luggage upon checkout. It seems like one is got to ask without being offered first. Upon checking in I was not even offered a city map. One memorable incident was when I was in the lift to go down to the breakfast room, just as I was about to get out of the lift, a member of staff barged into the lift without letting people off the lift first. I will for sure come back to Krakow, but unfortunately won't be staying here again.
