This cottage consists of two separate houses, next to eachother, with a total of four bedrooms, a large garden with two jacuzzis and a barbecue and a huge covered veranda, wonderfully located on the wind, guarantee a relaxing, tropical holiday!

On the rustic Finca Verde

The Spanish 'Finca' stands for parcel, or lot and Finca Verde means 'green lot'.

An excellent description for this rustic part of Bonaire: located just outside Kralendijk, built against a hill, the minimal buildings far enough apart to ensure sufficient privacy and there is green, lots of green.





Large porch and garden

At Finca Verde we offer Kas Palulu, a double, brand new and very cozy 'tiny house', which fully meets this popular architectural trend: sufficient, but not excessive interior space, but above all a nice large veranda and a huge garden, with various cozy seats.





Nice outdoor dining table for bigger groups

Because of the climate, life on Bonaire takes place outside and the owner of Palulu has responded well to this, by furnishing the covered porch with a large dining table, comfortable seats and a hanging chair. The table is large enough to accommodate the guests of both houses, if desired.





Well equipped interior

Inside each house, there are two bedrooms (so a total of four) with double beds and ample wardrobe space, an intermediate small but fully equipped kitchen and a TV corner. The two kitchens both have a dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, table-top fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom in each house has a wide sink, toilet and a shower corner with rain shower.

A freezer has been placed in the storage room between the two houses. There is also room for the suitcases here.





Two four-person jacuzzis!

The large garden has two wonderfully cooling private jacuzzis with sun beds. In the lounge area, our guests can enjoy a drink in the setting sun, or use the large barbecue, for the optimal holiday feeling.

Groups of colorful loras, the local parrot species, regularly join the guests of Palulu, in this green oasis...





Rinsing facility for diving equipment

At the back of the cottages is a water supply with sinks for divers and snorkelers. Here our guests can easily rinse their valuables.





Only a few minutes to the beach

Kas Palulu is located in the middle of nature and only 8 minutes by car from the beach, for example at the popular Spice Beach Club. The center of Kralendijk, with its shops, restaurants and bars, can be reached in 10 minutes and from Finca Verde our guests are quickly on the rough east coast of the island, with all its natural beauty.

Discover the Palulu plant

For the enthusiast, we would like to mention that the houses are named after the palulu plant: a tropical appearance with barge-shaped, orange-red bracts with a yellow edge and a greenish top. The landlord has planted some of these tropical surprises around the accommodations.
