Kas Pura Vida is a detached villa in the popular Belnem neighborhood and, with approximately 225 m² of space, offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The property is conveniently located for amenities, with supermarket Good and More at 1.5 kilometers, Bachelor’s Beach at 500 meters, restaurant Brass Boer at 1.8 kilometers and dive center Dive Friends Delfins at 1.9 kilometers. In the large private garden you will find a regular private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.

As a guest of Kas Pura Vida, you have access to the entire villa, including all four bedrooms, the four bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room and the generous outdoor areas such as the private garden, covered veranda, rooftop terrace and private pool. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide an introduction to the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally host all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange the details of your check-in with you.

Directly adjacent to the main villa is a fully equipped and furnished, self-contained studio. This apartment, with the fourth bedroom and bathroom, offers exceptionally comfortable accommodation for two additional guests, bringing the total number of guests at Kas Pura Vida to eight. This guesthouse is only available for bookings of seven or eight people, or at an equivalent rate.

South of the center and towards the salt pans, this is one of Bonaire’s best-known residential and vacation areas, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem has grown into an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You are close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor’s Beach) and iconic dive sites, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It’s a quiet residential area with quick access to the airport and town center.

Kas Pura Vida in Belnem is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of the villa. With your own car you can explore the island at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots and dive sites to local restaurants. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park’s roads are unpaved and can be rough. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out by 10AM. Early or late check-in and check-out may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed at Kas Pura Vida, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down in the evenings out of respect for the neighbors. Enjoy your stay at Kas Pura Vida!
