While having plenty of space to spread out your group will be able to gather together in several resort like areas including, the Bar, the family room, the living room, the pool house, the outdoor play area, and the games room.

This Ranch style home all situated on one level making it easy to get in and out at ease. Not to mention every room has outside access to get to the wrap around deck outside which leads to our pool house haven.

-4 bedrooms out of the 5 have full bathrooms in them.
- Every room has access to outside.
-Radiant heat in flooring in several rooms including 2 master bedrooms & great room
- 2 family rooms; 1 having a wood burning fireplace, 2; having large TV’s with instruments including a piano, guitar, trumpet & so much more! Feel free to use our instruments if you are musically inclined!
We provide fresh linens on beds, including towels, toilet paper & hand soap in all our bathrooms.
- Kitchen has any and all cooking supplies
- Pool house includes 2 giant 80` TV’s, several windows, heated pool, hot tub, several (5-6) furniture sets, fridge & tables.
-Basement offers a pool table, air hockey table and several board games. A full bar with sink, fridge and all glasses provided. A large screen TV in front of a sofa that comes out into a queen. This area is perfect for entertainment.

** Please be advised even though it is all one level there is one or two steps throughout house.**

Guest will have access to the entire house. Check-in info will be sent on day of check-in.

The driveway is very large enough to fit most parking

Must be 25 or older to make reservation.
Pets allowed with extra $175 pet fee, 3 is limit. No cats.
Primary Renter Must Be At Least 25 Years of Age by township regulations.
No smoking within 10 feet of a door or window.
Pets and children must be kept under adult supervision at all times.
Do not pass the trees at the edge of the yard.
All visitors and guests must be disclosed prior to check in.
