• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

Pet Policy 🐾

We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval!

• Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
• Dogs must be fully housebroken
• Please clean up after your pet
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
• No cats permitted due to a family allergy


🥂 Make the Most of Your Hot Tub Time!

To ensure a safe, relaxing, and crystal-clear soak for everyone, please keep these friendly guidelines in mind:

Before You Soak: We kindly ask that everyone take a quick shower before hopping in. Removing lotions and body oils helps keep the water sparkling clean!
Easy Entry & Exit: Please watch your step entering and exiting. We recommend soaking in sessions of 30 minutes or less for your health and comfort.
Perfectly Temped: The hot tub is pre-set to a relaxing 94°F. For your safety, please do not adjust it above 104°F, and avoid mixing alcohol or drugs with your soak.
Little Soakers: Children under 12 should steer clear of the hot tub, and older kiddos always need close adult supervision. No jumping or diving, please!
Glass-Free Zone: To keep everyone's feet safe, please use plastic or acrylic cups only—absolutely no glass around the tub.
Health First: If you are pregnant, under the weather, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before using the hot tub.
Cover Care: Please unfasten all safety straps before lifting the cover, and never sit or stand on it. When you're done, kindly replace the cover and secure the straps to keep the heat in and curious little ones safe.
Maintenance: The hot tub is serviced weekly. If any cloudiness is noticed, please reach out to us, and someone will be sent out to take care of it.

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories.
