Imagine a totally private, immensely peaceful, 26-acre retreat with a cozy cabin nestled in the middle, overlooking a fully stocked 5-acre lake perfect for fishing and swimming. And that's not all, the retreat is conveniently located a short 5 minutes drive from beautiful lake Barkley. If water is not your thing, take a stroll through the woods on one of the trails and let nature do its magic. Practice up for the next golf game on the putting green. Never worry about the children getting bored with the outdoor play area designed just for them. Gather around the outdoor fire ring and enjoy quality conversations while the moon reflects off the lake.



This Lodge is more than just a normal getaway; it's an all-inclusive vacation destination in itself. The 4,000 square ft lodge is located on a totally secluded 26-acre tract of land. It is surrounded by mature hardwood trees with a picturesque 5 acre lake a stone's throw from the cabin. The lake is full of bass, bluegill, and catfish, and is perfect for swimming and fishing. We also have two canoes and two kayaks as well as a unique water bike to enjoy. Most of the property is wooded with trails winding throughout for a nature stroll. There is a large, flat, grassy, park-like area where a volleyball net could be set up or yard games enjoyed. There is a small treehouse that the children will love as well as a swing set with a slide and a putting green. If you are in need of other entertainment, the lodge is a short 5 minutes. Drive from Lake Barkley and within 30 min. of Venture River water park. Buzzard Rock Marina is just down the road for all your boating needs.



The lodge itself is beautifully crafted with amazing attention to detail. The huge stone chimney extends from the lower level all the way up through the cathedral ceiling with a fire place on both levels. The main floor is very spacious and cozy, with a second living area on the lower level. The kitchen is fully stocked to easily accommodate more than 12 people. There is a washer and dryer to use during your stay, as well as two fridges/freezers to store your food. The master bed/bath is located on the main floor, with a second full bath also on the main floor. The loft area has two built-in full-size bunks and gives a bird's eye view of the living/dining room. There are three bedrooms and one full bath located on the lower level.



This truly is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind property where the whole family will be able to relax and enjoy being together while experiencing God's wonderful creation.
