Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

From the port, you can walk to the center of Ile Rousse via the beautiful interior streets or the Marinella promenade, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli, well known to pétanque fans. Extend your stroll to the beautiful Île de Pietra and Île de Broccio for breathtaking views of the Mediterranean!
